Chapter 74

Kirstie and Avi had just arrived home, an hour or so after lunch.

Mitch and Scott arrived right after, Scott carrying three bags. Mitch immediately found Wyatt and scooped him off the floor to hold. "My little, baby Wy Wy!" Kirstie heard the front door slam, and ran out of the kitchen to jump on Scott to hug him. "Welcome home! How was it?!" Scott dropped everything to catch her, and then laughed a little. "Hello to you too. I missed you, Kit." "I missed you too, Alpha! So much!" Scott looked down at the bags he'd dropped. "I have to carry these up to my room, then I'll come back and I'll tell you all about it. Okay?" "I'll just hold on. I promise I won't fall." Scott didn't think anything of it, because of how used to carrying Mitch he had become. He just squatted a little to grab the luggage once more, and then proceeded up the staircase. He told Kirstie the first things he could think of about the honeymoon, leaving out all the explicit details.
