Rules for Online Dating: Don't share too much too soon.
Rachel unlocked her apartment door and walked in to music and loud voices. At one time she would've been annoyed, but she'd gotten used to her crazy roommates. It was part of who they were and there was nothing to be done about it, just like they hadn't been able to get her to loosen up the way they wanted. The best part of the crazy crew was they didn't ask questions.
"There she is!" Ivy called from the other side of the room with a glass in the air. "Come get a drink."
Rachel winced. No way would she be getting a drink of anything Ivy was serving. Rachel wasn't a prude or anything, but when you saw the things she had, you didn't touch the stuff.
"Which one of you hoes sent the message on that stupid dating app?" Rachel called into the room as she closed the door behind her.
"Oh my god! Did he answer?" Michelle asked.
"Did he ever."
"Are you going to hook up with him?" Dylan asked. "He was really hot. Like H-A-W-T hot."
