113. Multiverse War part 4(2)

Black Ice ran down the till she reached the end where there was a large double door. She pushes the door open and gasps at what she saw. Near the entrance of the guild's headquarters it was a complete warzone as the Loud monsters battled the guild members.

Lincoln slashed two guild members' necks with his claws. Lori swoops down and grabs one guild member with her talons and slams him to a wall. Lynn was smacking a bunch of guild members with club, while her vampire counterpart slashed one guild member with her nails.

Leni fired her tape at two guild members tying them up. She then swung them in a circle hitting other members in the process. Luan slashed several guild members with claws while laughing maniacally before flip kicking another guild member. Lisa bit a guild member on the neck taking him down before wiping the blood off her mouth.

"Their brains aren't even worth eating." Lisa says with a sigh. "Such simpletons." She then runs back into the fight.

Lola flew above the guild members and tackles two of them to the ground. Lily lunged towards one guild member and starts biting his face. "My face!" He shouted.

Luna unleashed a powerful scream a group of guild members knocking them out with them ears bleeding. "Luna. Next time give me a heads up when you do that!" Lincoln snarled,

"Sorry bro." Luna apologized. "Heat of the moment." She avoids another guild member. "But these guys keep coming."

Then Black Ice jumped up with dual ice swords and starts slashing some guild members. "She's here." Vampire Lucy said as she finished sucking the blood from a guild member.

"I came here to save you all again." Black Ice said.

"Someone wanna explain why there are two Lucys?" Lincoln asked as he slashed a guild member.

"She's from another universe." Lori responded as dive bombed another guild member.

"I though mom and dad made all other Lucy. Same pale skin and everything." Leni asked.

"I'm going to ignore that." Black Ice said.

Another door is kicked in and Xander steps through it with a scowl on his face. "It wasn't easy getting you monsters here and I'll be damned if I let you walk out." He growls. Lana glares at the hunter from where she stood over a fallen guild member.

"We aren't prey for you Xander." Lana tells him. "You took my twin. Now I'll take your head."

"No matter what universe, Lana and Xander are archenemies." Black Ice muses as she watched Lana stretch her claws and Xander prepare his spear.

Xander and Lana charged at each other, but Xander smacks Lana with his spear. Lana bounced off the wall and slashed Xander's cheek. "Should we help Lana?" Black Ice asked.

"Don't worry." Vampire Lucy assures her. "She's got this. Besides she's got back up."

Lana bites onto Xander's arm, but he recovers by punching Lana in the face causing her to let go. Lana lands on her feet as Xander throws his spear towards her, but Lana dodged the spear.

"Too slow!" Lana taunted.

"You sure about that luv?" Xander asks with a smirk. He holds his hand up and Lana looks at him confused when she turns and sees the spear flying back at her. However before it can reach her Lola swoops in and knocks it away.

"Hey Xander." Lola growled. "I never repaid you for capturing me. So instead of just beating up my twin, why try both of us instead."

"I never say no to a challenge." Xander smirked. "Besides I was able to capture half of you monsters without breaking a sweat."

You also ambushed us you coward." Lola retorted. "This time we're returning the favor."

"I am no coward." Xander said. "But if it's a fight you want. Ladies first."

"Ready?" Lana asks her twin.

"You know it." Lola replied before the two rushed at Xander.

Xander takes out a crossbow and shoots two arrows at the twins, but they dodged the arrows Lola gives Xander a uppercut to face and Lana slashed Xander's face. Xander recovered from the attack and took out a machette.

"You will not escape!" Xander said.

"We'll see about that." Lana growled. She rushes at Xander who swings his machete at her but she ducks and slashes at his leg but he kicks her in the face.

Lola swooped down gives Xander a right hook, but Xander tries to hit Lola with his machete, but she dodges most of the hits. But when Lola flew a bit to the left, Xander managed to land a slash on Lola's left arm.

"Damn it." Lola muttered. "He's tough."

"I know but we can't surrender." Lana tells her.

"But perhaps you should." A voice says. The fighting stops and everyone turns to see Tetherby entering the room holding his sword. "You monsters have no hope of escape here. Even with your other universe friend, you will not escape."

"That's where you're wrong Tetherby." Black Ice said. "I will help my monster siblings escape or die trying." Black Ice said as she forms an ice scythe in her hands.

"Then it looks like you won't be going home then." Tetherby tells her as he grabs a second sword off the wall. "You will be joining these monsters in the ground."

"That day will not come." Black Ice said as she cheather towards Tetherby and swings her ice scythe at Tetherby but he blocks the attack with his swords and counters with two sword slashes, but Black Ice dodged the attack and gave Tetherby an uppercut.

"Impressive." Tetherby comments as he rubs his chin. "You're well trained. But it won't save you."

"We'll see about that." Black Ice retorts.

"Perhaps I can assist you." Vampire Lucy suggests, suddenly appearing out of nowhere. However neither Black Ice or Tetherby flinched.

"Sigh. Sure." Black Ice replied with a small smile.

"Let's take this guy down." Vampire Lucy smirked as they both get into a fighting stance.

"Then you can both die where you stand." Tetherby tells them.

Black Ice, Vampire Lucy and Tetherby both charge at each other. Vampire Lucy jumped over Tetherby's sword swings while Black Ice swings her ice scythe at Tetherby, but he quickly blocks the attack and pushed back Black Ice.

Vampire Lucy jumps down on Tetherby and slashed the right side of his cheek with her claws. Tetherby sees some drops of blood on the ground and glared.

"Damn monster." Tetherby growled.

"I'm only a monster in some eyes." Vampire Lucy retorted. "I refuse to be labeled by someone like you and that goes for me and my siblings as well."

"You think you're human like myself and Xander?" Tetherby asked, "Think again! You feed on the flesh and blood of my kind!"

"While you're not wrong I don't feed on innocent lives." Vampire Lucy retorted. "I only feast on those who have harmed others. And then I don't drain them dry."

"Your blood thirst ends here monster!" Tetherby shouted as he charged towards Vampire Lucy, but Black Ice jumps in the air and uses her scythe to hit one of Tetherby's swords out of his hand. "We're endIng this guild now." Black Ice said.

"And Undo many years of monster hunting? Never." Tetherby said.

Black Ice swings her scythes at Tetherby clashing with his swords. Vampire Lucy then jumps on his and slashes his back with her nails.

"You've hunted us for years." Vampire Lucy growled. "What do you hope to gain from this?"

"To cleanse this world of your kind and those who practice the dark arts." Tetherby replied.

"Mom and dad may have used dark arts to create us but they've done nothing but love us and raise us as their own." Vampire Lucy tells him as she maneuvers around Tetherby with her enhanced speed. "Sure having eleven different monsters living under one roof got messy at times and sure their were bumps like when Lincoln went crazy during a red moon and ripped apart fifteen cars or Lisa lost control of her cravings and went on a rampage. The point is we learn and persevere. That makes us no more different than you! If anything you're the real monster!"

"No. No! No!" Tetherby shouted right before Vampire Lucy hits Tetherby with a uppercut and a slash across the face and Black Ice jumps down and hits him with her ice scythe.

"It's over Tetherby." Black Ice said.

"Yes. You and your guild leave my family alone!" Vampire Lucy said.

Tetherby let out a growl. "It ain't over yet." He says. Soon a blue wormhole opens up behind him. "And it seems like I have some help. Xander! It's time we make our leave." Xander looks up from where he's fighting Lana and Lola and throws them aside.

"Of course sir." The hunter says as he joins Tetherby. "Farwell monsters." The two step through the wormhole and it immediately closes.

"Damn it." Black Ice groaned. "My way home, lost forever."

"No it's not." Vampire Lucy assured her. "Don't forget mom and dad are working on a spell to help you get home. There's still hope." Black Ice flashes a small smile before turning to the entrance area of the Guild's headquarters and saw the Loud monsters still fighting off the guild members.

"You're right. But for now." Black Ice says as she forms her ice hammer. "We have work to do." The two Lucys nod and rush back into the battle.

Replicate had never been more annoyed than he was right now. First off it was bad enough that he had both Alice and Quill with him staking out Tetherby Industries and not only that, the two seemed to have a silent agreement that they would take turns annoying him. Luckily Quill had went to get some food leaving him with Alice who kept asking questions to get up to speed. Now as he finished answering Alice's twelfth question of the night, he was now faced with the L-Crew, a cowboy, an Australian, a wizard and a teddy bear. And to say Replicate wasn't in the mood was an understatement. His patience was short right now and these annoyances were just gonna test it.

"So what brings you here L-Crew?" Replicate growled. "Please pick your words carefully because I'm currently not in the mood."

"Greetings Replicate." Soothsayer says taking charge as he feared that his comrades might tick off the powerful meta. "I see you've recovered well from the battle with Armageddon."

"Copied Quill's healing factor." Replicate answered. "Sped up recovery." Soothsayer turned his attention to the girl standing next to him.

"Who's your friend?" He asked.

"Associate." Replicate corrected. "And her name is Alice."

"Hey." Alice greeted with a wave. "Names Alice. I can create illusions."

"Now cut to the chase old one." Replicate growled before Soothsayer could say anything else. "I know you're not here for idle chit-chat."

"We clearly came at a bad time." Mr. Cuddles whispered to Soothsayer from atop of Petty's shoulders. "He's not in a good mood right now so choose your words carefully."

"I will choose my words wisely." Soothsayer said. "Replicate, as you can see the L-Crew are gone, they're scattered across the multiverse. We have some allies to keep everything under control until their return. But we fear it will not bad enough. Which is why we will need your help along with your associates."

"And give me one reason why I should waste my time and help you." Replicate says. "As far as I'm concerned this doesn't concern me. Plus every time I work with you things got to hell. So I ask again, why should I waste my time?" Soothsayer is about to answer when Genarocker puts a hand on his shoulder before stepping forward.

"You fought the other L-Crew right?" Genarocker asks. Replicate gives a small nod. "What's the record between you and them?"

"One win for them. One win for me." Replicate responds.

"So basically you're tied. Now if the L-Crew that you enjoy fighting so much die in other universes then you don't get a rematch. You don't get the satisfaction of proving your superiority over the L-Crew by beating their ass. Instead you get to live with the fact that you'll never get settle the score with the L-Crew." She then flashes a victorious smile to her team before going over to join them. Replicate scowls at her but before he can say anything Alice tugs his trenchcoat.

"She has a point." She whispers.

"I know." Replicate says with a sigh. "The fact she's right annoys me."

"Look I know you could beat almost everyone here with little issues." Alice continues. "Except the blue guy. He has a presence about him that makes me think he's stronger than he looks. But that's besides the point. Look here's the thing. We know Tetherby was working on something big. Big enough that he brought Pike in as extra muscle. This could be it. You don't have to work with them because you want to. Just work with them to stick it to Tetherby. It'll be fun." Replicate sighs before looking at the L-Crew before turning back to Alice and nodding.

"Ok." Replicate says as he faces them. "I'll help but I have conditions. One, you don't order me around. I do what I want."

"Sounds fair I guess." Surge says.

"Two, she comes with me." Replicate says gesturing to Alice. "She's no fighter but her talents are useful."

"I guess that's reasonable." Armor said with a shrug.

"Three." Replicate says before turning to Jack Frost. "He keeps his distance. I sense a lot of power coming from him and I want nothing to do with it."

"No worries mate." Jack says taking a few steps forward till he's face to face with Replicate. "You don't have to worry about little old me. Though I had heard that you like a good fight. Kinda disappointed that you don't want to rumble."

"I pick my battles Aussie." Replicate tells him. "I know I stand no chance. But if you want to fight, I won't back down." With that Ryker steps in between them.

"Now fellas let's not get into a rumble before the fun starts." He tells them. "Save it for after we save the Multiverse." Jack smirks at Replicate who scowls. Everyone on the roof then hears a door open and they see Quill holding two pizza boxes.

"Got the food guys." Quill announced. He then noticed everyone on the roof. "What I miss?"

Everyone stares at him before Surge looks up at Replicate.

"Oh and we want him too." She says pointing at Quill.

"Cool." Quill says. "What are we doing?"

Smoke: Hey everyone, again sorry for the long wait. But you know how long this gets. Anyway we have four more Louds left to roam the multiverse.

Zachlor16: Four more Louds left and then the real fun begins. However I do feel like I need to explain something before someone says something in the reviews. While there is no alternate Lynn in the Opposite universe, there is still a sense of urgency because of what Stuart is up to. So no she can't take her time going home. Anyways next chapter will feature the Loud twins. So look forward to that.
