[24] Little Home
'The price for the pearl, you shall pay with interest the next time we meet, Miss Van.'
Levin D'razure thought as his eyes gained the normal grey hue and the surroundings turned normal. His attention fell on the bed in front of him.
With a calculative smile, he snapped his finger, and the bed vanished.
The guests who were on tenterhooks relaxed their vigilance as well as felt pity that Levin D'razure took away such a good 'thing'.
Earlier, they were afraid that something disastrous would happen yet they weren't able to leave the Auction Palace because of the strict security system.
Some enthusiastic people flew out of their room and wanted to interact with Levin D'razure.
But, Levin ignored them and closed his eyes. His lips moved gently.
'Find her trails!'
At his command, the dragon moved and flew out of the palace. It searched and smelled for Kayra's belongings but in the end, he only found a naked Prince Bok Guzzen.
The man had a faint smell of Kayra on his clothes. But the dragon got angry when he witnessed the fool sleeping in the corridor with drools coming out of his mouth while his tiny bird dangled outside.
Levin D'razure's temple throbbed at the disgusting view. The dragon spat on the unconscious man and Prince Bok got covered in disgusting mucus.
'This brat dares to taint this lord's eyes?!' Levin D'razure's spiritual beast blew hot air towards Prince Bok and the useless thing's body was flown away by the dragon's mighty snort!
Even then, Prince Bok didn't come back to his senses as he was being punished by his sister in his dreamland. Rather than being indignant, the man had a blissful expression.
Even though so much happened outside, he didn't wake up. By the time he would regain sense, it would be too late because that day would be the nightmare of his whole life!
...
Old Swine grabbed his last few strands of barely seen hair and murmured with disbelief, "How is this possible?! How?!"
In the next few hours, Levin saw how Old Swine became helpless and searched the database crazily.
As if the woman was a ghost, she appeared and disappeared into thin air and her body didn't get caught in any CCTV footage.
The researchers also didn't dare to disclose anything, left bitterly after getting money for the holy crane's heart. They threw away the thought of getting back the Blood Crystal because Alberto was nearby.
Alberto's sense was sharp and the researchers would be discovered if they did anything to the crystal.
They couldn't say anything as they had screwed up in the first place. But the biggest shock of their life was awaiting them in Doctorio Planet's secret basement.
…
Realizing that Old Swine was useless, Levin D'razure left the Auction Palace with the holy crane's heart.
Alberto followed him while staying inside the coffin. Before leaving, he didn't forget the frozen Theo Glacior and placed him above the lid.
People thought it was very weird to see a coffin following Lord D'razure. But soon they forgot about it when nude pictures of a certain prince spread among the nobilities. Rather than the lord, some were very interested in heavy gossip!
...
In the Azure spaceship.
Levin turned to the frozen man above the coffin and threw a cold glance. He still felt he needed to bathe in holy water to cleanse his five senses after his spiritual self witnessed a certain someone's crotch.
"Theo, ask the King of Guzzlion Planet to report on how he disciplines his children!" While seated in his majestic leather chair, Levin closed his eyes and his deep voice went straight into Theo's brain.
"Yes, my lord." Theo Glacior replied respectfully. The dragon's voice had certain effects, and it made Alberto's spell ineffective.
After getting back his freedom, Theo Glacior turned to the coffin and thought that he should find some cockroaches… for research purposes only!
Alberto heard everything that happened outside and didn't dare to come out. Yet his attempts were futile because, in the next moment, his beastly form, a tiny cute bat, was dragged out from the coffin and pushed into the bloody heart of the holy crane!
"Albe, you should use the Blood Crystal and carve your hunger for blood."
Levin stared at the struggling bat who had been stuffed into the aorta. He pushed the bat further and then locked the openings with little electric sparks which came from his fingertips.
"You better not come out before you are done. Or else…"
Alberto stopped moving and looked down. At the bottom, the Blood crystal, shining brightly like a little fire, was radiating light.
Alberto shrank his body further and went down. After staring at the blood crystal for a long time, he opened his mouth widely and gulped down the crystal.
Munch~ Munch~ Nom~ Nom~
With relish, the bat chewed the crystal as if it was a delicious cracker. He cupped his face with his tiny cute thumbs and had a dreamy expression. The man didn't even though he was in a heart full of blood.
Levin D'razure looked intensely towards the heart which was pumping blood vigorously. When Theo Glacior turned to him, he saw the lord's eyes were unfocused.
...
In outer space.
Kayra was enjoying the scene of the beautiful universe. Wherever she looked, she saw many stars, colorful planets, and the... huge Delta.
"How beautiful! If I could, I would have stayed in space for my whole life."
While propping her head with her right hand, Kayra murmured emotionally. While she was busy admiring, Cardinal suddenly changed his direction and flew in a particular way.
"Is… is that Earth?" Kayra's eyes widened, and she asked excitedly.
She moved towards the screen and stared at the blue planet. With her fingertips, she touched the screen and hoped that even this time, her hope wouldn't be shattered.
After arriving in this unknown solar system, she missed her books, little room, college... everything she paid little attention to before began to flash in her mind space from time to time.
Even though she knew she was no longer the same Kayra, she wished to go back to her 'little home.'
