This gives him his name Arch Wizard of his time and of The Human Continent in Hyol, but what will he have to do to become the Arch Elder Wizard Across The Eons Of Time, especially considering that the world he is in is at least 10,000 years old?

Chapter 48 Fresh Targets

On the outside, Peter was being chased as he dragged his trophy away. But on the inside, George and Stone were within Jin's Mecha Soldier that looked like its had been carved up.

Up above Peter had already seen what to do and down above George was only eating anticipation as they crept about the quiet Mecha Soldier.

George hoped that he had not wasted his time by coming here plus, he could not even get back if he wanted to.

They silently walked as their surroundings shook because they were on a platform that was being dragged across sand.

"Is it just me or does the Mecha Soldier which has been chasing Peter, seem to be getting closer."

George scowled as he glanced over his shoulder and Stone realized they both had different priorities.

On and on they walked until they reached an area where the hole which Peter had carved out in the Torso Mecha Soldier was so expansive that George had to throw Stone across 10 meters of open space that have a good view of sand and also let in friendly wind.

Finally, and weirdly, above the glove compartment hanging from flexible wires, there was a chair below it.

Preparing to take the reins, he slapped a Batch 4th member's head.

"Tell Nolan when you get to see him that I did that."

The guy shot up from the seat and crawled away.

"Sissy," he then turned to George. "All set sir!" Stone wanted to say that the sounds of the chasing Mecha Soldier was getting closer but if George was pissed off, he could get evicted first.

When George sat down on his seat, he realized it was more like a Sphere. He could stand and be comfortable in any direction without affecting balance.

And just when George was going to let Peter know that he had gotten access to the Mecha Soldier, Peter suddenly stopped dragging them along which surprised the Cyborg.

Tumunomi Escaver had been charging his Mecha Soldier when he saw the conflict in the distance. A part of him wanted to watch but another wanted to join. So, he decided that he would recharge himself and then make a decision thereafter.

He rolled his eyes at the speed of it accumulation power to go again but maybe that was because it was 3 Mecha Soldiers he was charging, technically.

He was coming up with plans when he saw the situation outside and laughed;

At first Peter had thought to run straight across because he could see a Recharge Tower not far in the distance but having someone on his tail meant he had to take a gamble. Thus, he ran towards the large Mecha Soldier he had seen before.

So, it was after a while the chasing Mecha had seen where its quarry was headed. And then, it stopped.

What if they teamed up?

Peter's question were the same as his pursuer because he did not know if the larger Mecha Soldier would help or pick him off.

Anyways, both had stopped and faced each other waiting for the others' reaction.

Taking tentative steps forward, Peter did the same and his pursuer paused then turned around. When it left it jumped backwards as if intending to land on its buttocks. But its tail coiled like a spring which made it disappear into the clouds.

"HEY, PETER WE MADE IT!"

"SHUT IT!"

George looked confused until he used the partial display from the Mecha Soldier to see how close to were to danger. And the Cyborg was of mixed feelings, but Peter had won their match, so he was going to listen to him.

"NOW I WILL CARRY YOU FORWARD BUT PUT WHATEVER EFFORT YOU CAN INTO IT. WE ARE NOT IN A SAFE ZONE YET."

George never imagine he would hear a whispered shout but hear, he did and he began testing the remnant of himself to not only know the extent of damage and current capabilities but to balance out the awkwardness when it was time to move.

So, instead of cutting through, he took a wide arc abd added 1 hour to his slithering, embargoed trek before arriving at the Recharge Station.

"JIN MADE A RUN FOR IT."

"HA!"

It took an hour for George to recharge completely and another for the missing parts to regrow. It was quite a sight.

Then Peter's Mecha Soldier recharged to completion when the Mech Soldier which was only kegs and a tail suddenly landed before them all.

BANG!!!!

Not even 15 meters away, its descent rose sand and wind.

"HELLO THERE!"
