Chapter 39Mecha Surprise and Mecha Alliance

Tumtunomi Escaver did not fear the fall. In fact, with the 5 percent of health left in the Merged Mecha Soldier, he struggled to stretch out the legs so that he could glide, but the limbs moved too slow for heir falling pace.

Iri, though, was worse off because she was about 40 meters in scale and she was falling from about 100 meters in the sky

Their forms were entangled too, so while Tumunomi Escaver was scowling because his crew had made decisions without him, his Merged Mecha Soldier was trying to keep both the Mecha Soldiers aloft.

So, shouting because he felt he would pass out, he commanded the Merged Mecha Soldier.

"*GLIDE*"

With that, they were separated, but the legs had been ruined where they had been connected with Iri's Mecha Soldier.

It wobbled as it fell wind whistling through the holes made from *BOMBS AWAY*.

He glanced at Jacob through his screen and the boy frowned not being able to lock eyes with him.

Andrew looked terrified and Jason had ducked, staying low to the ground.

So, while Tumunomi Escaver fell with the knowledge that he could not fall in his Mecha Soldier and his velocity was not as fast, Iri had screaming passengers as she calmly sat on her throne.

John and Andrew were on different corners of the wall as gravity had forced them there. The first of them crawled his way through air resistance and threw a suit at Andrew before grabbing his own.

"I did not get to see p-"

BANG!!!

Their fall rose sand 50 meters into he air like a tidal wave and it shadowed over the still-falling Merged Mecha Soldier.

Bang!!!

His arrival was much softer but sand was about to crash into him. So, Tumunomi Escaver slammed into the ceiling only after he had been held for 2 seconds by the Merged Mecha Soldiers mechanisms. Meaning that, the injury to his head was slight. Immediately though, he began rummaging through his Cavity Bracelets.

Away from his feet the floor opened to reveal Jacob.

"What were you thinking!??"

"I am your team leader, yes or no?"

Jacob did not respond.

"If you cannot trust me then it is a problem. But i can have sub-platoons under me and you can be their commander."

"You saw what was going o happen, did you not?"

"She had run out of juice first."

"How did you know that?"

"If you had noticed her Mecha Soldier was flashing blue on the inside."

"But st-"

"I don't take orders from you; fall in line or fight me!"

Pointing a ProjectileGun at Jacob's face, Jason wisely moved away from the range of fire as Andrew who had been rising to mediate between them froze in place.

"I'll give you time to prepare yourself, we can do the first to shoot or we can d-"

Jacob frowned and turnd around before standing at a wall.

"What are your orders?"

Outside, Iri's chair had withdrawn most of the damage but most of her crew were gone;

600 has come into this Phase in the 1st part

400 had made it to the the 2nd Part.

She had lost about 150 before she got the Mecha Soldier - leaving her with 200 - and now she had only 70 remaining.

She calmly rolled to the side of the stairs and began walking along it as everything was fallen.

"Suit Up!"

"You are crazy!" Jake screamed at her and she pointed at him.

"Shut him up"

While the order was obeyed, her batch member looked to her in despair.

"That was careless ma'am."

"I know, but you are not Peter. So, you can't talk to me that way. However, i need you at the moment. Therefore, i apologize."

The man stared at her for a few seconds.

"Now, order them to suit up!"

The man began barking orders and he turns to Jacob and Jake, smiling mischievously.

On Tumunomi Escaver's side, Jacob and Andrew were armed to the teeth while Jason shook were he stood.

"Join them."

"Y-y-yeah b-bu."

"Tell You what, if this works out you can be a Tertiary Controller?"

The boy paused.

"You saw the power of the Spider and the Octopus, right?"

Jason locked eyes with Tumunomi Escaver.

"Imagine what it would be like for the Insect to join us?"

The boy nodded, "how confident ate you?"

"Gear up and we will speak."

Jason strapped on his weapons.

On the other side, a voice could be heard through a LoudThinker which was pretty much a megaphone.

"Surrender yourselves as you are outnumbered."

Jason and Andrew did not move as 70 people formed 10 rows of 7 columns.

"Also, Jacob is there right? We have a surprise for you."

2 Members of Batch 1 dragged forth John and Jake to ultimately kick behind their knees so that they knelt down with bound arms.

Jacob's eyes chilled as Jake stared in surprise.

On the inside of the ship, Tumunomi Escaver watched the boy strap up to completion.

"Okay, what should I d-"

Jason looked back to see Tumunomi Escaver running from the opposite wall and deliver a flying kick to him. Thus, he landed in he sand and rolled till he kicked himself upright.

And out of fright, he began spraying bullets everywhere.

TUT!

Andrew did not even have time to process what exact was happening when Shockwave Bombs were tossed by Iri who stood behind all 70 columns of her people.

BANG!

Jacob had used one shot to take down one Shockwave Bomb as John did a backflip from his position which made Jason's bullets pass under him and Jake lay flat on the ground before rolling backwards and savagely attacking a groin that the back of his fist met.

TUT

Another Shockwave Bomb went off as Andrew now began firing off his own bullets before he paused so that John who had flipped unto an enemy's shoulders did not get hurt. ducked and jumped into the midst.

BANG!

Jake had carried the body of the kid who had bent over from his groin attack and used him as a shield as he picked him up and ran to the back of the columns

TUT!

Jacob fired towards another ShockwaveBomb, John had landed a knee atop someone's head after his final back flip atop a shoulder and Jake threw a bullet ridden body that was fading into light at their column.

BANG!

The ShockwaveBomb hit by Jacob exploded as John sprang into violence by smashing someone's nose with a head butt then waited for someone to draw a knife. And when that person did, he timed one of his evasions so that his ropes were cut.

TUT!

"FIRE!"

Iri's voice woke the columns of people up and most of them now shot with more precision.

BANG!

Now, the columns were breaking into pandemonium as Jason was firing without abandon, John was attacking a column of people and Jake still was wrestling with his rope!

Now that the ShockwaveBombs revealed fire, air disturbance and a shockwave, Tumunomi Escaver now threw his own ShockwaveBombs.

Then aiming at a section close to Jake he began firing, each one a head shot.

TUT! TUT! TUT! TUT! TUT! TUT! TUT! TUT! TUT! TUT! TUT! TUT! TUT! TUT! TUT! TUT! TUT! TUT! TUT! TUT! TUT! TUT! TUT! TUT! TUT! TUT! TUT! TUT! TUT! TUT! TUT! TUT!

The crowds wanting to hone in on the struggling Jake promptly disappeared as their members were being eaten away.

John had fought everyone around him and sent them back to Spencer's School but now his opponents were aiming barrels at him.

BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG!

Tumunomi Escaver's thrown ShockwaveBombs had exploded and now the Columns dispersed, looking for where to shoot safely from.

Andrew had to throw his boot to the back of Jason's head which stopped him from firing as it threw him off course. Tumunomi Escaver threw two Projectile Guns towards John and Jacob threw a knife towards Jake.

Just as Iri and her men had repositioned themselves, John had kicked Jake's gun to the boy whose hands were now free and Jason was running to find a better placement.

"Haha," Tumunomi Escaver laughed. "Iri, is this all you got?"

BANG!

John and Jake ran backwards as their retreat was covered.

TUT! TUT! TUT! TUT! TUT! TUT! TUT! TUT! TUT! TUT! TUT! TUT! TUT! TUT! TUT! TUT! TUT!

Jake got hit on the leg and fell. So, John had to stand before him and open indiscriminate fire.

"Shut up, you are down too and we have more of us!"

Tumunomi Escaver scowled as all of them were now hiding and trading shots. Meaning that the ammunition was simply getting wasted.

So, he went to an area that had been blasted by *BOMBS AWAY* and spoke to Andrew who nodded.
