I hate hospitals, and there's a very good reason for that, they're annoyingly expensive but I was able to be saved thanks to the hospital so I guess there's that. When I woke up I realized I was in a dark room with someone inside so I immediately looked for the closest thing I had that I could use to defend myself and before I could even grab anything I felt the restrains that they put on my body to prevent me from moving but as I was looking around I saw a big red button and began to press it like crazy in the hopes that someone, anyone would come in the room to help me. I was lucky to say the least, because when the nurses came in they immediately went and asked for security discreetly so as not to set off the person in the room with me. As I tried to speak I realized that my throat was so dry I couldn't get a word out, so I had to make gestures to my restraints so that they could remove them for me and they did. I then just proceeded to sign for water and they gave me a huge cup that I just kept on drinking from until I could feel my throat again before asking if I could talk alone with the nurses which I guess angered the guy in the room with me as he proceeded to try to stab me before security came and got him out of my room once he was in the hall where the light was I was finally able to see who it was. It was my boss from my job. I proceeded to talk with the nurses and ask them about what had happened when I had arrived at the hospital and they told me in layman's terms that I had broken my collar bone and fractured my right arm along with some nifty little internal bleeding. I asked if my family tried to visit me and she had a pained look on her face that was only there for a moment but it was there long enough for me to get my answer so that was that. I then asked the last question I had on my mind I asked if the girl that came in with me was alright and they said that she was on the other side of the curtain and when i moved the curtain I saw that they weren't lying she was in the bed next to mine in a way better condition than before and I was finally able to find out what her name was, it was Juniper White. Interesting name to say the least and she had the interesting appearance to match it. You could tell she was hispanic but she was definitely on the whiter side, with red and black hair, and striking silver eyes with a color closer to mercury than anything else, but you could tell she wasn't exactly in the best of conditions almost as if she was just a tiny stretch from being considered healthy and a stretch away from staying in this hospital for a bit longer than me. I couldn't tell what it was but something about her was just naturally captivating, or it could be the fact that she was the only other person here with me it could've been either one. "Hey … June." And that's exactly when I regretted trying to talk to her because when she turned her head to face me I could just see it on her face because I make the same face when I watch serial killer documentaries. She gave me a look of infatuation hidden behind a face of gratitude. "... Yeah?" At this point I didn't know what to say because everything was starting to catch up with me so I just said " Just wanted to make sure you were alright." before proceeding to close the curtain and pretending to fall asleep because I didn't know what to do about her yet.
