CHAPTER 0

Serafina Monticello has been living her life like a caged bird trying to be free. Born in a toxic family in the 21st century, she's been nothing but a goody two shoes for her parents. Being heavily pressured by her parents to be the best, she has been called names unimaginable for a child who excels so much. Despite her circumstances, she remained kind and graceful.

On her 21st birthday, she had decided to free herself from the never ending despair she was in. She made a decision that soon changed her life. She moved out of that house and started to live on her own. For the past year, she has been your happy go lucky child, living her life to the fullest until an unforseen event occurred.

Serafina was on her way home from work when the sedan she was riding in, collided with a massive van. Crushing the entirety of the sedan she was in. She took in a deep breathe and whispered to herself, "Is this...the end?"

In the distance she heard loud sirens, she tried to fight against the blanket of sheer darkness but as the sirens came closer, she looked at the sky once more before she took her last breath as Serafina Monticello.
