Chapter 11 - The Retaliation
In the void subliminal space, Kaan amidst extending his mana circle assisted by his father. The thunder began to calm and the gust changed to a breeze.
Kaan and his father are encompassed by Kaan's mana circles and one of them flickering rapidly. Because of the speed it flickers, it begins to show another two images of the mana circles.
Emir then, at that point, transfers an immense mana to Kaan, forcing Kaan's mana pool to expand. With so much mana, Kaan's mana circles spin and create spark. The flickering mana circle image gradually appears and finally after sixty-nine minutes of expanding Kaan's mana circles, another two mana circles emerge.
Kaan presently attaches the new mana circles to the existing mana circles. Once all links are together, it spins crosswise with one another. Kaan is officially a Level 7 Battle Mage and his body emits a faint colourless aura.
His mana increased rapidly. Emir stops his mana transfer and begins to regulate his own mana. "You really want to meditate for some time for your body to get used to the new extended mana and increase your magic level", Emir exhorted Kaan. "I will be holding up close by", as Emir leaves Kaan's subliminal space.
Emir awake in his physical body, yet at the same time he didn't move away from Kaan. He believes and trusts that Kaan will awake and back to his feet.
Outside the room, Gray and Ecrin check out Emir. Ecrin waves her hand and asks how Kaan's doing by hand gestures. Emir saw Ecrin and said everything is improving with his hand gestures.
Alleviated to realize that Kaan is improving, Ecrin embraced Gray who is close to her with joy. "Inform me as to whether any of you really need anything. I need to report Kaan's condition to the academy management", while Ecrin made a hand gesture of, 'Call me'.
Emir calls Gray to come in and sit close to Kaan. "Kaan is stabilising his magic circle inside his subliminal space. It might require some time for him to get use with his new extended mana", disclosed Emir to Gray.
Hearing the uplifting news, Gray burst to tears again however it was a tears of joy. Gray grabs Emir's hand for being grateful. The two of them calmly trust that Kaan will recover cognizant.
Meanwhile in the dungeon, Demon Spider is devastated by the death of its partner. It shrieks in a miserable sound with vindictive conduct.
In grieving behaviour, the Demon Spider displays rage. It wanted to avenge its partner's death. It needs to grow stronger. It needs power thus the Demon Spider devours up it's partner. The Demon Spider ripped it's partner limb by limb. Lastly it devoured its partner's brain and heart.
Due to this action, the Demon Spider acts peculiarly. It's body becomes peculiar. All of this is because that it evolved due to the action taken by devouring up it's partner.
The Demon Spider body starts to restructure the bone. The bone becomes greater as is the flesh. The skin is getting rough and spiky. The Demon spider's appearance changed to be bigger and scary.
The entire body became black and the abdomen has the image of the black widow spider appearance. The half human-shape upper body area has a rough skin as a gator with spikes at it's arm. The head resembles a big leaf spider.
The Demon Spider appears to be advanced from it's past state to Hellish Demon Spider. It roared to summon all the monsters in the dungeon. Orcs, trolls, gargoyle and surprisingly a goliath serpent gather as the Hellish Demon Spider troops.
It roars again as it instructs the beasts to charge towards the dungeon entrance. The goliath serpent low down its heads allowing Hellish Demon Spider to stand on its head.
After hours spent towards the dungeon entrance, Hellish Demon Spider finally arrives at the entrance. The city defense troops are guarding the dungeon entrance because of the irregular incident brought about which is related to the academy recruits incident.
The city troops felt the vibration when the beasts drew nearer. The city troops get puzzled about what is going on. All as far as anyone is concerned, the dungeon beasts do not have the knowledge to gather among themselves yet organising an army.
What's more, before the city troops, all types of beasts gathered led by a goliath serpent. As the city troops observe intently, there is one more beast on top of its head, it's the Hellish Demon Spider.
It then, at that point, leapt off from the serpent head. It went directly to the city troops area and began to battle with them. Hellish Demon Spider roared as it charged forward. Hellish Demon Spider hooks its thread at the city troop.
Just in mere seconds, six city troops got pierced by Hellish Demon Spider thread. It then harvested the city troop's brains and hearts for it to devour.
Then, the unexpected happened. The Hellish Demon Spider body shrinks. It's abdomen shrinks as well and to remunerate it, a couple of human legs appeared which makes Hellish Demon Spider take a humanoid form after devouring up human brain and heart.
With it's new profound power, Hellish Demon Spider went out of control to test it by killing the remaining city troops.
The movement it makes becomes quicker, the strength becomes so powerful where it destroys the guarding area at the dungeon entrance. The circumstance has gone to bloodbath as Hellish Demon Spider becomes more stronger than before.
After the Hellish Demon Spider annihilated all the city troops, its senses became more sensitive. It noticed a familiar aura . The very aura that killed it's partner in the dungeon.
Hellish Demon Spider then flew back to the goliath serpent head leading the hordes of beast to the city course, to be exact, the academy bearing where it sensed Kaan's aura.
Back at the academy medical bay, Kaan is still unconscious meditating in his subliminal space to fortify his mana. Kaan aura becomes thicker and it's form gets more brilliant. Kaan's effort to stabilize his mana didn't come to squander.
Kaan's mana expanded massively. Considering his battle insight, Kaan makes a mana recognition to quantify others strength. This will provide advantages to Kaan on the best way to overcome his adversaries.
