Lillian found a quiet spot in the gardens, surrounded by blooming flowers and the soothing melody of birdsong.
Seated on a bench, she immersed herself in the picturesque scenery and the gentle chirping of birds.
As she patiently awaited Selena, her contemplative thoughts were interrupted by the soft rustling of approaching footsteps.
Lifting her gaze, she spotted Selena. The disheveled appearance from earlier had given way to a transformed version – Selena now stood before her, adorned in a finely tailored red gown that exuded fierceness. Her once tousled hair had been expertly styled.
Unable to contain her admiration, Lillian offered a warm smile. "Selena, you look stunning."
Selena returned the smile. "Thank you," she replied, gesturing towards the bench. "May I?" she asked.
"Of course," Lillian replied, making more room for her.
