Chapter 4: To Earth

When the Saiyan spoke, everyone felt his fear and terror, and in turn, they began to freak out, and started running off to find their ships. Soren didn't mind this development, as if a few extra Saiyans could survive before the slaughter, then maybe it will help towards the rebirth of the Saiyan race, but Soren didn't plan on saving the entire race, as it would just be problematic in the future when someone like King Vegeta wants to take over a new planet. Soren then floated down to the ground and walked towards Gine, who had yet to leave, since Soren was looking for her, she thought to see why, and when Soren came next to her, he began speaking.

[Would you like to be with your son again?... I plan on taking you and Bardock with me off this planet]: soren

When Gine heard Soren's words, she felt there was hope, hope that she would be with her son once again, and replying with only a nod, Soren gave her a smile and began asking the System for any kind of help with transportation.

Soren thought for a moment, and after a while, he came up with a name, and then he spoke.

Soren was excited to see his new skill, and just to get a better feel for the skill, Soren began teleporting all over the surface of Planet Vegeta, and after coming to a stop, Soren teleported over to the house of Gine, as he had marked her with his Domain, so no matter where she goes, Soren would be able to find her. After appearing in the living room of Gine's home, he was attacked by Gine, but when she realized it was Soren, she apologized, and everything calmed down.

[Wait, we need to get my husband, but I have no idea where he is]: gine

Soren gave an inward sigh, but then he grabbed hold of Gine, and teleported over to Bardock, who was at the moment floating in the upper stratosphere of Planet Vegeta, along with a group of Saiyans who believed Bardock, and went to fight for their lives. Once Soren appeared next to Bardock, he was once again attacked, but Soren caught his fist before it could make contact with his face, and when Bardock saw Gine floating next to Soren, he was confused, and began asking questions.

[Gine!... Who is this?... He's not a Saiyan]: bardock

Gine then began to explain what happened, and after a bit, Bardock apologized for attacking Soren, but Soren waved it off seeing as, even if Bardock were to hit him, Soren's wouldn't feel anything. Soren knew this from the second he caught Bardock's fist, as Soren felt nothing, and he wasn't pushed back either by Bardock's advances.

[No… I'm sorry to say this, but the Saiyan's of this universe have quite the anger issue, and that's one of the reasons you guys were tasked with being destroyed by the God of Destruction… But I feel it's messed up for the mistakes of the few to be pushed on all, and both you and Gine are kind hearted… Yes, you both have had your share in murder, and planatary genocide, but that doesn't meant that it's what you crave in a fight]: soren

Soren explained to the two of them the reason as to why he was saving them, and not the rest, and after the explanation, both Gine and Bardock agreed to follow Soren, but Bardock at the least wanted to try and protect his entire race.

[Right!... I thank you for choosing to save me, but I want you to get Gine out of here first, then you can come back and get me… I want to give Frieza one last piece of my mind before we leave]: bardock

'A meat head down to the core… This is most definitely Goku's father… I guess I can give him this': soren

Bardock nodded with a smile, and Gine was a bit worried about her husband, as she didn't want him to overstep his limits and die in the process.

[Then I'll be back shortly… Don't get yourself killed]: soren

Soren then grabbed hold of Gine once again, and created a portal to Earth, and with one step, he appeared on Earth. The air here was much cleaner than it was on Planet Vegeta and his home planet, as they used other sources of fuel that were not as toxic to the environment as both Planet Vegeta and his version of Earth's fuel sources.

[Okay, I will stay here for now]: gine

Soren then made another portal and stepped through it, appearing at Bardock's side once again, but this time, Soren noticed quite the familiar sight looming above.

'Is that Beerus!?... Why is he here?': soren

Soren looked at the familiar purple furred cat-like being with a Gold piercing in his left ear, while gold bands and gold cuffs were on both of his arms. He wore blue egyption clothes with orange and white diamond decorations, while his shoes appeared to be made of leather with a gold band cuffed around his ankles.

[Whis… That seems to be the person we were looking for… But I can't sense any energy from him at all… It's like he's a God, but he has no God Energy]: beerus

[Hohoho… It appears so, my lord… Even I can't sense what kind of energy this person is using]: whis

The person named Whis was a humanoid with pale blue skin, and white hair, with a large ring floating around his neck. He wore a maroon robe, and a black cuirass with the same orange and white diamond decoration as Beerus, and he wore a blue sash around his waist, and also wore black high-heels shoes with white spats, and completed his ensemble with his long scepter.

'Well this will be troublesome… I may have the same fighting strength as Beerus, but I have no moves to use in an attack': soren

Soren began to sweat bullets, while both Whis and Beerus had taken note of this.

[It seems as though he is afraid of you, Lord Beerus]: whis

[It seems so… But the answer is why, Whis… I can feel a power in him that can at least rival my own, but his energy is not of this world]: beerus

Soren heard the entire conversation between Beerus and Whis, and inwardly let out a large sigh. Soren then turned towards Bardock who was looking elsewhere, and when Soren placed his attention there, he noticed that Frieza had now made his appearance, as he floated out into the vacuum of space, and held up his right hands pointer finger, only to summon a large ball of fiery energy that grew to the same size of Planet Vegeta.

'That's one big attack… I'm surprised that such a tiny body could generate such an attack': soren

[Get ready men!... Is do or die!... We either let him win, and he kills us all, or we die with our pride still intact, and take out a few of them in the process!]: bardock

Soren listened to Bardock's words and felt that he was a natural born leader, as even with the knowledge of your impending death, he was still able to rally this many people to fight to the death, only for the satisfaction of knowing that they took out a few of Frieza's men before they died. Such loyalty towards one's race was indeed praiseworthy, but in the end, Bardock knows that he will live through this, or maybe he planned on sacrificing himself first, as this was a possibility. Bardock then began the charge towards Frieza's forces with Ki blasts firing from all around, and people from both sides began dropping, as some of the weaker Saiyans died by the rifle blasts, and some of the stronger Saiyan's killed off 10 or more Frieza soldiers before he or she perished.

[You pesky Monkeys!... DIE!!!!!!]: frieza

Frieza seeing his men begin to fall, quickly pointed his finger towards the planet, and sent the big ball of fire towards the planet, and laughed like a maniac as he heard the screams of the dying Saiyan's. Soren then watched as Bardock tried to push back Frieza's attack with his own, but soon, his attack was swallowed by Frieza's, leaving Bardock to defend against the attack with his own body instead.

'So he really was planning on sacrificing himself': soren

Soren then rushed over to Bardock and tried to pull him away, but before he could do so, Bardock shouted.

[No!... Don't do this! Don't save me!... I want to perish along with my people… Just do me one favor… Watch over my son, Kakarot, as I had a vision that one day he would kill Fireza… Please… Do this for me… And watch over Gine, she's a good woman at heart, she never wanted to be a killer, that was just the life she was forced to live]: bardock

Soren was shocked to see the resolve in Bardock's eyes, and he secretly used his space laws to open a small window to Gine, and when Gine saw what was happening, she couldn't help but break down and start crying.

[I promise Bardock… I will watch over Kakarot and Gine… I will make sure they live a happy life]: soren

[Thank you… Now go! Leave while I can still hold this]: bardock

'You are a true hero Bardock… I promise, if I find a way to bring you back to the present, I will': soren

Soren already knew that Bardock would get thrown through time and space, and in the end would be the one to start the rumor of the Super Saiyan. Soren then opened another portal, and with a single step, he appeared besides Gine, and took her into a hug, as she was still crying over the last words of her husband.

[It's okay… He did this because he wanted to… He's a hero Gine]: soren

Soren comforted her as she cried in his arms, and after a few minutes, someone special arrived on a flying carpet, and spoke.

[Kami wishes to speak with you… Please follow me]: ???

'So Mr. Popo makes his entrance… I'm not gonna lie, he looks creepy as fuck': soren

Mr. Popo was a humanoid figure with a fat and overweight physique, and his skin color was not just the color black, but he seemed to remind Soren of the empty void, a bottomless pit of nothingness, while the only noticeable facial feature was his red lips, and his eyes. Popo wore a white turban on his head, and a maroon-patterned sleeveless vest, as well as a red sash around his waist holding up a pair of white martial arts pants, and a nice pair of red slippers.

[So Kami wants to meet us?... But why?]: soren
