Chapter 17: A New World of Food

When Soren said this, Medicine Master was happy, as they previously had a deal that Medicine Master would buy the remaining ingredients, and in return Soren would let him watch, but Soren didn't need Medicine Master to buy anything, so there was nothing forcing Soren to let Medicine Master watch Soren.

[Deal!... I'll transfer the money to you later… So when are you going to start refining?]: medicine master

Medicine Master then led Soren back to the house he bought in the city, and when they got there, Soren was surprised with just how big the house was.

Soren was then led inside the house, and Medicine Master showed Soren the materials that he had asked for, and after inspecting the ingredients, Soren took them and asked if there was an open room. Medicine Master then led Soren to a room where there was a pill furnace waiting to be used, and then both he and Soren entered, but unlike what Medicine Master had thought, Soren didn't light the pill furnace, but instead he sat down in lotus position and flipped his hand over, causing a purple colored flame to dance atop his palm.

When Medicine Master heard this, he began writing everything down, while paying close attention as to what he felt from the flame itself, as it was scorching hot, yet cold all at the same time. Medicine Master even took out his phone and began snapping pictures of Soren as he sat in lotus position with the flame being controlled atop his hand, and quickly sent the pictures into the Group Chat, while tagging Soren, so that everyone could see Soren's appearance.

When Medicine Master posted the pictures, many of the group members began observing the pictures, while pointing out that Soren was going to be another Senior White. While Song Shuhang was amazed with not only the beauty he saw in Soren, but also the artwork of the flame being edited into the picture, and thought that this group of people were on the next level of crazy, and would go to the point of photoshopping to make themselves look like cultivators.

As Song Shuhang continued to stay silent and lurk in the chat, Soren was starting to add the ingredients one by one into the flame, as they melted down into a liquid. First Soren added 2 Spirit Grasses, and watched as they melted down into a transparent bluish liquid that radiated a powerful concentration of Spirit Energy, making the room all warm and radiant, while Medicine Master was quite interested in how Soren made the quality of the grass skyrocket to the point it would put any First Stage Cultivator into the Fourth Stage Void Core. Medicine Master then watched on as Soren then melted down a piece of the Ginseng that he cut off, and made it start revolving around the Spirit liquid, while he then added the last ingredient, which was a few petals of the Yang flower, and melted them down, while slowly refining the liquids as they evolved into a mass of liquid, before Soren began splitting the liquid into 4 equally sized balls, and let them cool off with some water, making them harden, and then the flame disappeared revealing 4 pills the size of Soren's fingernail, and they were glowing with an orange radiance.

When Soren spoke, Medicine Master was quick to pick one up as he began inspecting it, before he started taking pictures of the pill, and gave it back to Soren.

[So are you going to make the other one as well?]: medicine master

[Yeah… I'll be refining until all the materials are gone, I just wanted to show you these ones first]: soren

After Soren showed off the pills he made, he then began refining the counterpart of the Yang Essence Immortal Pills, as he used the same process of 2 Spirit Grasses, some Ginseng, and a few petals off the Yin flower, and after cooling them with some water, Soren now held 4 small pills that radiated a cold presence along with it's dark blue glowing tone. And soon, Soren finished making all the pills he could, while all the ingredients were used up, leaving Soren with only 1 Spirit Grass left, while he accumulated a total of 20 pills. Soren had 8 Yang Essence pills, and 8 Yin Essence pills, while the last 4 Soren tried to make the Yin-Yang Essence pill, leaving Soren with a total of 20 pills.

[So what is this third pill you made?... It looks like Yin and Yang, as the orange and blue colors circle each other]: medicine master

[That's exactly what it is… This is the Yin-Yang Immortal Pill, and is a few grades higher than Yin or Yang Essence pills… I'm actually a bit surprised I was able to make 4 as it was]: soren

Medicine Master then took some more pictures before posting them to the chat group, while explaining the process, and when the members read the entire process, they were stupefied, as they had some knowledge of pill refinement, but nothing on this level, to the point even Medicine Master was shocked with the process.

When Mad Sabre typed in the chat, Medicine Master had remembered that he was going to be releasing the reformed version of his previous pill, and then posed the recipe for it, causing everyone to be surprised with how easy it was to make. And at this point, Song Shuhang saw this, and saw how everyone was going to be trying it, so to make sure they weren't going to make anything poisonous, Song Shuhang sent the list to his sister, so she could see if anything was harmful in this recipe.

Soon, Soren had taken his pills and went back to his home, and a few hours later, Soren got a message from his bank stating that 30 million Won had been deposited into his account.

Soren then went to check on the group chat, and noticed that Medicine Master had finally posted the ingredients and preparation list for making a pill, letting Soren know that Song Shuhang was about to enter the path of a Cultivator.

'Hmm… Should I give him a Yang Essence pill? Probably not, as he won't need it, he's got plot armor instead that will make him reach the top on his own': soren

Soren then went to bed while thinking about what he should do next, until he went to sleep for the night. The next morning, Soren woke up and felt hungry, but seeing as he was the only one awake, Soren made his way down stairs to make some breakfast, but he soon realized that he had never cooked anything before, and the closest he had ever gotten to cooking was making some instant raman back in the Naruto world.

Soren bought the Chef God's Experience and had it implanted into his head with quite the bit of pain, as he had every single recipe drilled into his head, along with the knowledge of ingredients, and how to best prepare them.

Soren then broke out some pots and pans and began cooking up a storm, and soon the entire house was filled with the amazing smell of breakfast, and as soon as it was done, Soren turned around to see both his parents along with Gine, and Kouki, as they were seated at the table with drool slipping down the sides of their mouths.

Soren was then forced to cook for Gine and Kouki all morning, as their stomachs seemed to be bottomless, and after tons of cooking, everyone was full, and Soren took out 2 pills from his inventory. Soren then handed the Yang Essence pill to his father, while his mother got the Yin Essence pill, and then Soren told them to swallow them and begin cultivating the energy that gets released from the pills. Soren then decided that he wanted to go and explore the world of Shokugeki no Soma, and decided to ask Gine if she wanted to come with, and of course it was a yes, as she didn't want to part from Soren's cooking anymore, and it was the same way with his parents, but Soren only wanted to take Gine and Kouki, as to have some family bonding.

Soren then handed his father the phone and told him how to get in contact with the chat group if he needs anything, and then he disappeared in a flash of light with Gine and Kouki following him.

'Everything is going to get hectic in a few thousand years, so why not have some fun and enjoy a peaceful life, since this was the whole reason I made my wishes the way I did': soren

Soren decided to put growing stronger on hold, while he planned on taking a vacation to a world with no power whatsoever. Soren planned on using his recently bought experiences to shoot up to the top in the food world, and start a restaurant that he would build all throughout the many different worlds, and there were a few people that Soren wanted to work for him in this world.

'Maybe I can pick up another partner… Gine has been complaining a lot recently on how she's upset that she cant' satisfy me in bed… I'll bring up the idea to her later': soren

Soren then appeared in a back alley where hardly anyone could be seen nearby, and with Soren were both Gine and Kouki. Soren then used the last of his remaining points to get himself some money, as without any kind of referral, Soren wouldn't be able to take the entrance exams, while his family would need a place to stay when he enters Totsuki Academy.

'I think I might need to stop by the Naruto world soon, as that place is quite easy to gain points, but I'd need to stay there for quite a while… Maybe I'll drop by Dragonball again to kill off Cooler if he's not already dead, maybe I'll get a few million points for that kill': soren
