I had a premonition,
wild dream in night,
That all was done for,
no one by my side,
A cornered predator 'midst a herd of prey, My,
how the table turned,
spun round away.
In spinning globes around the vast expanse, Perhaps we ought to milk them from existence.
I had a premonition,
thus I dread the shades,
They hold the good,
the bold,
the daring plays,
What if the light,
unafraid of darkest nights,
Would dance in fifty shades 'neath heaven's lights?
Perhaps they'd slander or share secrets, true,
Maybe they fear fate like Adam and Eve's rue,
Perchance they hide,
afraid to venture near,
If planets sang,
each eclipse,
a grand premiere.
Masters and mistresses,
hats raised in glee,
Clapping and chattering like forest's spree.
"I'll love you always,"
oft has strange vibes flown,
I'll cherish you when time and pleasure's grown.
