Prince Li Shen has a dark expression under his golden mask as he looked at the dead body in front of him. Rong Ho and the guards were drenched in sweat and were pale as they trembled. They didn't dare to mutter any sound as the heavy aura was spreading around the room making them feel suffocating.
On the floor, lied the body of the middle-aged man drenched in blood, no longer breathing. Outside the room was the pitiful Madam Hong while the guards were holding a man that was heavily injured.
"How many captured alive?"
"Your Highness, only this man left alive. The rest of the assassin were dead. They immediately gulped the poison in their mouths the moment we captured them." Rong Ho answered carefully.
"Bring the man back to the camp to interrogate through roughly." The Prince said before he mounted back to his carriage and left the residence. Rong Ho and the guards let out a big sigh of relief when the Prince left.
"How could this happened? How could this happened? My husband..." Madam Hong repeatedly muttered the words as she cried.
"Bastard how did you do this to us!" Madam Hong attacked the weak and injured Hong Kun who was held by the guards.
Rong Ho ordered the servants to bring the Madam back to her room while they continue to inspect the whole residence as per First Prince's order and ordered some guards to take Officer Hong's body.

"Master, we found different kind of poisons inside the Hong Residence but we did not find traces of Slumbering Poison. We also found this thing in the secret room inside the man Hong Kun's room. Yan took out a small paper bag and handed it to the black robe man.
Weiyi opened the paper and inside was a slime green powder that glow a little. He immediately frowned when he saw the thing inside.
"Message the teams in each kingdom to investigate things similar to this thing." Weiyi dismissed the shadows. The big hall once again became empty only the black silhouette remain standing beside the open window. 'Are you here? Or just some of your puppet clone?'

Shuang was drenched in sweat as she continued her training in the secret training hall basement in their residence. The Shadow Bandits temporarily stopped their training as their mouth hanged open as they watched their Master's monstrous training.
All of them silently complained about the set of training lists they have trained every day but upon witnessing the way their Master trained herself with that petite body they feel ashamed to their selves. All of them took a deep breath as they tightened their fists while their eyes were radiating a new level of determination and respect to their young Lady Master.

Southern City Prefecture Hall
"Isn't the City Lord once have something similar situation to this kind of illness?" Rong Ho commented after Gu Sheng reading the report of the officers health condition after the incident in front of the First Prince.
Gu Sheng cleared his throat before he answered the question.
"To His Highness, this servant indeed suffered the same symptoms like the officers. During the first two days, I experienced a very high fever but on the third day, symptoms of Slumbering Poison slowly appeared in my body. My son entered the dark forest despite its danger and almost died, luckily, a traveler help them and miraculously they were save. At last, my son begged this person to help me cure my poison and luckily I was still save in the last hours before the poison fully enveloped me."
"You were cured in the last hours of the term before the poison will kill you?" Prince Li Shen was surprised to hear the City Lord's story.
" It's true, Your Highness." Gu Sheng politely answered as his voice filled with gratitude towards that person.
"Then it's good. Let's call that person to cure the rest." Prince Li Shen stated after.
" Your Highness, the traveler mentioned that it was his Master who concocted the antidote."
"Then let that person inform his Master that Prince Li Shen decreed him to cure the Southern City Officers illness."
