When Kyran turned 18, his life turned upside down. The Royal Army raided his clan because his supposedly non-existent magic got exposed. On that fateful night, he was the only one who escaped. Up to the present, the status of his clan was unknown. A magic inheritance that became a curse, Kyran became a fugitive. Always on the run... living in fear when the Royal Army finally captures him. At least that's what most people thought... "I'll definitely save my family. And I will make all those who made my clan suffer pay tenfold. I'll make use of this magic they so feared, and show them what real terror is...." Disclaimer: The cover image isn't mine. I'll replace it when I finished mine.
When Kyran decided on the groupings of his Servants and Sigils, he initially wanted to group them according to how he turned them. Ultimately, he decided against it because having a Servant and a Sigil in one group would give them more room to adapt to situations. However, he did have reservations about assigning a Sigil as a leader. It was not that he did not trust them. Instead, he felt this overwhelming sense of their willingness to give up their lives for him.
Kyran could not put it into words, but it was similar to how Zephyr became too attached to him. Come to think of it, Baron, his first Sigil, showed the same attitude. He just did not have the opportunity to 'offer' his life for Kyran.
Kyran heard from Myst that Ames's Sigil worked differently from his. The effect might have been different because they had dragon blood in their veins, but Kyran could not shake the feeling that there was another reason behind it.
