Splash page: Legacy wakes up screaming with bandages covering his face.

Legacy: mom! Big bro! Mrs. jackson! Gone!? No it can be! It's a dream! It's a dream!

Panel 1: Hours before. Legacy starting to run.

Female assassin: Don't worry master. I'll get him!

Male assassin: Remember, the code doesn't like survivors. Handle it! 

Panel 2: the female assassin chase's after legacy through the streets, throwing lava blasts at him. Legacy is barely dodging them.

Legacy says to self: Mom and Rodney are dead! What do I do? Where do I go? I feel so lost and powerless.

Panel 3: Legacy tries to hit her with bolts but she's too quick to hit. 

Legacy: Geez! Why is this girl so fast?

Panel 4: Legacy makes a turn to an abandoned house.

Panel 5: He hurries and hides in a closet before she rushes in.

Panel 6: Legacy's stomach starts to grumble. 

Legacy says to self: Oh no. Why do I have to fart at a time like this? Hold it Legacy, hold it!

Panel 1: The Female assassin looks around, slowly moving forward. 

Phoenix: I know you're here! Can't hide forever! 

Panel 2: Legacy farts a little and gives away the area he's in.

Legacy says to self: Why couldn't you hold it, Legacy?

Panel 3: She slowly walks into the room, looks at the closet he's in.

Phoenix: This is too easy!

Panel 4: Legacy bursts out the closet and bolts her in the shoulder.

Panel 5: Legacy runs out of the abandoned house but the female assassin proceeds to chase him.

Legacy: She never gives up!

Panel 1: Legacy cuts in the alley to come to a dead end. 

Legacy says to self: This door is locked! Oh shit, oh shit!

Legacy says to self: Let's see if I can punch through this metal door with my God armor. If mom could do it, I can do it. 

Panel 2: Legacy goes into a squatting position and has a constipated face.

Legacy: Why can't I activate my God armor? Come on, Legacy! Not at a time like this! What was different from last time?

Panel 3: The female assassin cuts legacy off. She activates her god armor.

Phoenix: What's wrong? Can't activate your God armor? Pathetic!

Panel 4: The locked door swings open and a girl is on the other end.

Hope: The fuck I walk into!?

Phoenix: Stay outta this, bitch, if you wanna live!

Panel 5: Hope does a blast of water and hits the female assassin. Pushing her back. 

Hope: Bitch!

Panel 6: Legacy grabs Hope and continues to escape.

 Legacy: Run!

Hope: The hell is going on?

Panel 1: As they escape, Legacy starts to question who Hope is.

Legacy: Who are you? 

Hope: The girl who just saved your life, duh!

Panel 2: A lava blast flies in between Hope and Legacy as they talk.

 Legacy: What's your- 

Hope: Name's Hope! Less talking, more running! Explain later! 

Panel 3: Female assassin slowly catching up to them. 

Legacy: You can control water, right?

Hope: Yea, why?

Legacy: I have an idea. Get on my back and trail water behind us.

Hope: Okay, but keep your hands off my big ass!

Panel 4: zoom in on Hopes flat butt.

Panel 5: zoom in on Legacys stale face.

Legacy: What butt? You're flat.

Hope: Screw you! I got ass!

Panel 1: Hope hops on Legacy's back and shoots out water.

Hope: Okay? I don't know how this is gonna help us, but it's not like I have anything better.

Legacy: Just trust me.

Hope: Trust a boy I just met and is being chased by a Lava bitch? Yea, no problem.

Panel 2: Female assassin notices puddle. While Legacy yells in the background.

Female assassin: What the hell? Not falling for a stupid trick like this!

Legacy: SONIC!!

Panel 3: Legacy dashes away while the female assassin still runs with her god armor (lower legs.)

Legacy: BOOM!

Panel 1: Hope and Legacy crash land a couple blocks down after the sonic boom 

Panel 2: Hope gets up while Legacy stays laying down.

Legacy: That was the furthest I ever did a Sonic boom!

 Hope: That shit was amazing. You definitely have to explain how you do that. You really need to learn how to stop or land though.

Legacy: I put some of my electric energy in my legs to give me a quick boost. The downside is, I can barely move my legs after. My legs can't quite handle it yet. Hurry and put me on your back.

Panel 3: Hope walk towards legacy

Hope: That's a bad side effect. You owe me for this. Please control yourself if you can. Don't want anything poking my back the whole walk. Or does that not work after a sonic boom, either? Wait. Don't answer that.

Panel 4: Hope does a  water blast to ricochet a lava blast.

panel 5: the hot water from the blast hits legacys on the side of his face. giving him a second degree burns.

Panel 1: Hope tries to help legacy up

Hope: come on! get up!

Legacy: I can't, my legs don't work! remember?

Hope: Oh yea, dumb side effect.

Panel 2: Hope stands in front of legacy. Hope is having a standoff with the female assassin.

female assassin: Why do you defend him? Boyfriend?

Hope: Hell naw, just met the boy. 

female assassin: Step aside and I'll spare you!

Panel 3: legacy gets on one knee.

Legacy: Her and her partner killed my family. Now she's trying to finish me. Go! This is my problem.

Hope: You are not in any condition to fight her alone. She's our problem.

Legacy: Why risk your life for someone you don't know?

Hope: Stop asking before I change my mind. Just think of me as your guardian angel.

Panel 4: Hope raises her arms.

Hope: Lets even it up. 

Panel 5: A nearby fire hydrant pops off and water explodes.

Panel 1: Hope uses the water around her to hit the female assassin, but she dodges them with ease

Panel 2: female assassin barely dodges one blast, just inches away from her face.

Panel 3:  female assassin throws a lava ball.

Panel 4: Hope dives next to a nearby construction truck for cover, dodging the lava ball.

Panel 5: More lava balls are thrown at the truck slowly melting it.

Hope. I'm pinned.

Panel 1: Legacy does an electric blast, The female assassin activates her god armor (hands and forearm) and blocks the blast with her hand. 

Female assassin: You're so weak! I'm only using one arm.

Panel 2: throws a big water ball.

Hope: Use one hand for this!

Panel 3: the female assassin gets hit and knocked off her feet.

Panel 4: the female assassin body gets pushed down the street.

Panel 5: She's on her knees coughing up water. Her eyes begin to glow like lava and tears of lava go down her face

Female assassin: *cough* you stupid bitch! *cough*

Panel 1: hope throws little water shape needles.

Panel 2: the female assassin blocks them with her god armor (forearms and hands)

Panel 3: an electric blast hits her shoulder, leaving her open.

Panel 4: Water needles start hitting her body.

Panel 5: she falls to one knee.

Panel 1: Hope stops firing. Legacy limps to her.

Legacy: She's losing control of her emotions. Just look at her eyes. 

Hope: Is that good or bad?

Legacy:  Good. We can use it to our advantage.

Hope: Cool, keep pissing her off. I got you

Panel 2: Legacy pats Hopes shoulder. Hope smiles and gives a thumbs up.

Legacy: You're amazing. thank you

Hope: Don't thank me yet! Were not done yet!

Panel 3: Close up of Hope and Legacy.

Legacy: If we-

Hope: WHEN we.

Legacy: When we make it out of here, how can I ever repay you?

Hope: With tacos or pancakes.

Panel 4: Hope smiles

Hope: With tacos AND pancakes.

Panel 1: Hope and Legacy stand prepared.

Legacy: You got one more fight in you?

Hope: Well, we'll see.

Panel 2: the female assassin charges them with her bloody body full of cuts.

Female assassin: I can't and will not disappoint master!

Panel 3: female assassin does a kick creating a massive lava blast.

Panel 1: Hope puts up a massive water wall and blocks the attack.

Hope: ENOUGH!

Panel 2: a mist surrounds the female assassin. she hears Hope.

Hope: Come on, let's go!

Female assassin: a fog? so original! I won't let  you escape with this stupid plan!

Hope: Still fell for it, bitch.

Panel 2: female assassin slowly walking.

Female assassin: Can't be far, the boy is crippled!

Panel 3: The female assassin dodges a water blast with the fog still around her.

Female Assassin: Your aim sucks!

Panel 4: female assassin throws a lava ball.

Hope: Not as bad as yours, bitch!

Panel 5: female assassin gets more angry and more lava tears come down.

Female assassin: I will not be toyed with. I'll have this whole street covered in lava.

Hope: Do it then, bitch!

Panel 6: female assassin screams in anger.

Panel 1: the mist starts to clear and the female assassin sees a figure.

Female assassin: Can't hide now.

Panel 2: the female assassin gets electrocuted by a blast.

Legacy: Now!

Panel 3: a huge blast of water knocks the assassin off her feet and pushes her back.

Panel 4: the blast pushes her back to the intersection of the street and she gets hit by a cop car.

Panel 1: the female assassin's body lays there while the cops get out. 

cop 1: Oh shit!

Cop 2: What the hell, Larry? You just hit a girl!

Cop 1: She came out of nowhere!

Panel 2: Cop 1 looks down the street where the fight took place and sees no one. Cop 2 runs to the assassin.

Cop 2: I'll check on her!

Panel 3: Cop 1 uses his flashlight. to get a better look.

Cop 1: I see busted fire hydrants and a water trail leading to the intersection. This could have been a fight with users. Be careful Rick... Rick?

Panel 4: cop 1 turns around and sees his partner's lifeless body.

Cop 1: RICK!

Panel 5: Cop 1 runs to his partner and sees his neck broken with the female assassin missing.

Panel 6: cop on his knees trying to help his partner. A bloody female assassin  stands behind him.

Cop 1: This is unit 54, we have a cop down! I repeat, we have a cop down!

Panel 1: Moments later in Hopes home (abandon record shop.) Hope finishes patching Legacy's face.

Hope: This should hold you till we get to a hospital.

Legacy: I don't need a hospital. Just need to see my aunt.

Hope: This burn looks pretty bad. Maybe you can call her when we get you to a hospital. Know her number?

Legacy: No hospital.

Panel 2: tears start pouring down legacys bandages.

Legacy: This is the worst birthday ever!

Hope: Oh, I'm sorry. Happy birthday?

Panel 3: Legacy hugs Hope.

Legacy: I watched my mom die and all I could do was run. I felt so powerless. I couldn't save them! I couldn't save my family. I'm weak. I'm useless. I'm a coward! I should have died!

Panel 4: Hope holds him tight, a tear comes down her eyes.

Hope: Don't you ever say that! You are very strong and brave. We took that lava bitch down head on. Your family would be proud. Running was the right thing to do. There is no point in dying if you have a chance to fight another day. 

Panel 5: Legacy sits back up.

Hope: Legacy, you're a survivor. Your mom would be very proud.

Legacy: Thanks.

Hope: No problem. Now get some rest and we will figure out what to do tomorrow.
