Chapter 216, What's Missing
"Arata, we'll handle the Black Humunculus, give Hamal she deserves." With Will's advice I nodded and turned to Hamal.
Unable to move because of Ethan's barrier, she lies unresponsive on the ground. I take a strand of my hair and focus my Vi unto it.
"Oh Ancient, your light is the light of hope, your darkness is the darkness of despair, Ancient that was and is, may you rest now..." I said and the strand of hair turned into a dagger, with it, I stab Hamal through the chest. "Take your leave from the stage of destiny, Hamal, Au Revior."
"Alma. Thank you, Le Fleur." Her voice, it was the clearest of any of the Ancients so far, says farewell.
"Farewell, Alma." The dagger turns to a rose and I take the rose. "Le Fleur!"
I throw the rose to the sky and restore the damage done by the Aries before turning to the Black Humunculus.
I dawn my Regalia and my blade falls to the neck of the Black Humunculus.
"This is it, return to the nothingness you came from." I raise the sword but before I can decapitate the Black Humunculus a blast sends us flying back.
"Tch. They came at a bad time." Will says as his guns guard me, above us, Pierrot and Karin appear. They are followed by a clearly angry Sirius.
"Hamal..." Sirius raged. "You shall pay for your crimes humans!"
"Dance, Crystal Silhouette!" A blast suddenly sends Pierrot flying.
We all turn our eyes to see three figures hovering above us. A black haired woman with silver eyes and white skin dressed in a black dress, a brown hairedan in a black and white dress shirt with black pants and black boots and a white haired man dressed in white turtleneck with black pants and black shoes.
"Yo, sorry for the wait." The white haired man stated.
"Oh, looks like they've finally arrived." Dino smiled.
"The last of the Crests of Ancients, Sid the Obsidian, Sein the Spinel and the only female among the Crests, Fels the Feldspar." Oliver introduced them. "What took you so long?"
"We ran into a certain issue." The woman, Fels answered. "But that can be talked about later, for now we have to get rid of these pests."
"Tch. This could be bothersome. Sirius, Karin we're retreating. Get the Black Humunculus and let's go." Pierrot orders and two nod. "Crystal Shower!"
"Guardian Crystal!" The white hairedan who must be Sein covers us. "Are you alright?"
"We're fine, thank you." I told him and he smiled. "Sid, do it."
"You don't need to tell me. Crystal Rain, Shards of Eternity!" Sid who floated above summons a rain of crystals that assault the trio.

A balck smoke covers them and I realize that they were only trying to distract us. They've already rescued the Black Humunculus.
"Tch! They got away." Will says and I sigh.
"It's time we've taken out Hamal. Let's head back to the school." I smiled. "Let's head home."

A day after the battle, we were all gathered at the dining hall. The Crest of Ancients are all here, the Sacred Braves are complete. Now, I have no idea what else is missing.
"Hmmm... you okay Arata?" As I sit on my usual dining table I sighed.
"I'm fine. Though I'm wondering what else is missing." I stated.
"If only we knew what we are supposed to do after this..." Andrew sighed. "Aarat, can you sing your song again?"

"How are you here? Don't you need to borrow Arata's body to be here?" Angie asked and to this they simply smiled.
"We came here because the end is nearly in sight." Ivy smiled with a apined smile. "And with the end drawing near, our final task is also complete."
"So what's happening?" Theo asked.
"Arata, it's time to say farewell now." Hazel with a gentle smile says. "This is our last appearance and farewell."
