Somewhere in the crossroads of Tokyo city, there stood a shop selling VR games which was quite busy with its customers.

The weather was still cloudy which was indicated by the clouds that had gathered to cover the bright light of the sun, and coupled with the air temperature which was still quite cold for some people.

But those two things didn't bother too much for a female college student who came from Hokkaido, and also for some people who're quite excited since the got a rare encounter to find an artist on their way to their own destination.

From inside the game shop, among the several extra people who also wanted to buy the game, there're two people who're browsing through many games on the VR sections.

Even though the two appeared to be just dropping by to buy a normal VR game, the two of them appeared to be the center of attention for many.

"Not only he's really handsome and cool, but even her girlfriend looks so mature! But... Wasn't he with another girl a few months ago?"

Her name is Kohiruimaki Karen, a student from Tokyo Women's University who previously moved from her hometown in Hokkaido and is living her new life in the city of Tokyo.

Since childhood, Kohiruimaki Karen was often teased for her height which was very different from the average person in her age. Due to that shunning, Kohiruimaki Karen becomes less confident in communicating with strangers and only has good relationships with those who are close to her.

The two of them are Yjor and Moriarty who have defended the place from the onslaught of thousands of cosmic beings who plan to eat the「World」 stored within the「Void」.
