Kronos: Levelling In The World Of Magic

In the pulsating realm of Gaia, where mana flowed through every being like a sweet, enchanting river, Arthur Cumore stood out as the lone exception. In a world ruled by magicians and wizards, he lived freely despite lacking the mystical touch of magic. Cast away by his parents, Arthur embraced a life that forced him into the role of an orphan, a reality he couldn't escape. Devoid of the ability to wield mana, Arthur found himself worth less than the carcass of the lowliest beast, its remains fetching a higher price than his mere existence. Yet, in the face of adversity, his struggles only fueled his determination. As he navigated the twists and turns that could break even the mightiest, Arthur refused to succumb to the lowest point of his life. Unyielding, he pursued the one thing that brought him solace – knowledge of the continent, Agrazeel. In the dynamic tapestry of Agrazeel, a continent drowning in pride, wars, and hierarchies, Arthur defied expectations. He became the first of the homeless, an exceptional status that couldn't be savored for long. Life led him to a temple, a fateful encounter awaiting him with an entity shrouded in mystery: Kronosia, a being above the very Gods and Goddesses of Agrazeel. Thus begins the odyssey of a perceived "trash" that would make even the divine weep tears of blood. In a world of wizards, emperors, and knights, Arthur Cumore's journey unfolds – a journey where he rises from the depths, conquering all, and bringing the mighty to their knees. Amidst the seven wizard towers ruled by the Wizard Kings of the time and seven orders devoted to the seven gods, the Agrazeel continent of Gaia will serve as the stage for Arthur's electrifying conquest. This is not just the story of a man; this is the epic saga of Arthur Cumore, a tale that defies destiny and shakes the very foundations of Gaia.

Trial Of Diet II - Sam

Arthur resembled a child who had immersed his face in a bowl of chocolate milk. The brown hue enveloped his features, and his stomach protruded noticeably, even more than its usual self, while his face appeared swollen.

Arthur removed the container from his mouth and with drunken gaze, looked at the remaining chocolate milk in the container.

"Hanh!" With a shout, he pushed the container towards his mouth and tilted his face upwards.

"Gulp!" The last bit of the chocolate milk was instantly annihilated.

"All the stressed out eating back in the orphanage really prepared me well for this trial." Arthur mumbled while licking his lips of the real last bits of the chocolate milk.

The moment he vanquished his nemesis, chocolate milk, Arthur found Sam's big fist pointing at him.

Sam looked at Arthur with an expression of evident admiration.

"You did good." Sam told Arthur who went for the fist to fist action as both of their fists collided, bringing them a little more together as one man to another.

Arthur who was full to the brim and was finding it hard to breathe slowly realized that the over-overdrinking wasn't a big deal for him anymore.

The extra bulging on his belly was returning back to its protruding state in a matter of seconds and the swelling in his face was going away.

He couldn't see his state but he could feel the continuous changes happening to him.

"Smack." Arthur clapped his stomach as he thought back to the reason he was feeling like this.

"Is this another one of the godly benefits of Eclipsis Arcanum!?" Arthur voiced in his mind while barely holding back his urge to laugh in pleasure.

For the first time, Sam wasn't able to tell what Arthur was thinking but that didn't matter.

Since the trial of diet was still just starting.

"Arthur. Bro, you have to finish this too." Sam told Arthur while pointing at the pot on the portable stove.

The burner still flickered beneath it, emitting only a faint flame.

"Two pack of noodles with eight eggs, eat well." Sam declared with a laugh with an exciting look.

"Let's see you finish it!" Sam displayed his anticipation straight on as Arthur had done well in finishing the gallon of chocolate milk.

"I thought this was for two?" Arthur looked reluctant as no matter how Godly the changes brought by Eclipsis Arcanum were, they were nearly not enough for the beastly feast in front of him.

"For the two of us? I need five packs of noodles and sixteen eggs just to get myself fully awake." Sam laughed while Arthur couldn't stop his eyes from twitching as there was not a hint of jesting in Sam's words.

"Haha..." Arthur laughed while Sam passed on a fork to him.

"At least there is something I can use something this time." Arthur thought before grabbing onto the fork.

It would be a lie if Arthur said he wasn't mentally prepared to use his hands to eat from the pot.

Arthur pushed the fork into the pot, pulled out a good looking entangled mass of noodle with egg bits which he chomped on with his eyes closed.

The first munch contained the flavor that he was unfamiliar with.

The richness from the noodles and the eggs came down to a single bite.

Being overpowered by the first bite, Arthur's eyes flicked open as if a hornet had stung his butt.

"This is..." While swallowing down the first bite, Arthur's words hardly left his mouth.

"Delicious!" Arthur said to Sam who already had a 'obvious' look on his face.

"Who made it!?" Sam replied with a laugh and Arthur was sent into a awake coma for a moment.

"So this also a skill that a future sovereign has!" Arthur said and looked at the pot with a different look.

It wasn't just any pot of noodles and eggs.

Instead, it was a pot of noodles and eggs made by the future sovereign.

Not holding back anything and putting his life on the line, Arthur started eating as if his mouth was a blackhole and the food in the pot was a cluster of stars.

All the trash left around while making this pre-workout meal for Arthur was swiftly vanishing from around the two.

Arthur didn't notice a thing. Though he did hear a familiar sound buzzing around him.

"I clean. I cleaner here!" But, this was also left unnoticed by Arthur as his focus was locked on the pot.

A few minutes passed and he was done cleaning the pot in a way that there was no need to even wash it anymore.

"I'm full." Arthur said while feeling heavier than ever before.

Though his absorption had increased by God knows how much, Arthur still knew that what he had eaten was humanly, and even beastly impossible.

"Good. You ate well, but we have to work on your angle and speed." Sam told Arthur while pointing out the errors that he had in his posture and chin angle while drinking and eating.

Arthur closely listened as these weren't the words of just any warrior but the future sovereign's personal advice for Arthur, whose path didn't differ much from the formers.

After Sam was done pointing out all the errors that Arthur had shown, he took out a dark black cap and placed it on Arthur's head.

"What is this?" Arthur knew that it was a cap, as they had caps even back in Gaia, but he didn't understand why Sam had placed it out of nowhere.

"You are a warrior bro from now on!" Sam declared to Arthur and Arthur understood that the cap being placed on his head by Sam, was him being welcomed as an official member of the 'Building'.

"See you in a few hours." Sam told Arthur while pointing at a different place in the hall.

Arthur looked at the place Sam was pointing at and turned out, it was none other than the Late Brothers.

Arthur felt a little down as he still didn't know who he was being led to.
