Entity 3

It's been awhile since class has started, I am sitting on my seat while the teacher is teaching us Algebra.

I sit right next to the window in which distracts me most of the time.

I tend to stare at the window rather than listen to the teachings, from the sound of the birds chirping to the waving of the leaves.

It is pure relaxation, a ethereal sight for this hell.

The playground for the kindergarten is pretty deserted though, looking at it closely, it's way too dirty to play on.

Wait, who's that?

A black haired girl was sitting right around the corner of the playground, her eyes like jade seemed to show sadness.

It's as if she was reminscising her past, it was unbefitting of her.

Wait..

"Excuse me! Can I goto the bathroom?!" I shouted to the teacher.

"You may go!" the teacher replied.

I ran out the door and to the hallway, her face was familiar.

It's as if, I had seen her before.

It was as if we knew each other, why does my heart beat fast when I looked into those jade eyes.

Why do I feel a piercing pain in my chest, was she someone I loved?

"Hey! No running in the hallway!" a passing teacher yelled at me.

"Sorry!" I apologized, and walked slightly fast to the gate.

I have to hurry there.

I reached the gate, the security was fairly lax this time around.

I easily passed through the gate and ran to the playground.

I see her silhouette, the closer I get, the more painful this feeling gets.

Who is she? What is she to my life?

"Hello!" I shouted the moment I reached the playground.

She turned around facing me, her eyes were shocked for a moment.

"Yes? How may I help you?" she replied in a calm manner.

"Do we know each other?" I straightforwardly asked.

"No." was what she said as a tear drop fell.

It was a single tear drop, but that tear drop made me feel a excruciating pain in my chest.

She stood up and ran outside.

"Hey wait!" I shouted as I chased her.

She turned into a corner into a busy street.

It was already too late when I reached the corner, she was gone.

It raises a question in my heart, who was she and why is she important to me?
