Chapter - 2 Ley Family

After months of rigorous training in the hills and jungles, Ley Lin returned to the village with newfound confidence. He began executing his plan to gain fighting experience by engaging with the local community. In between his training and hunting expeditions, Ley Lin visited villages and towns to sell skins, meat, and herbs, establishing relationships with traders and merchants and accumulating a substantial amount of money.

One day, Ley Lin ventured into a nearby town called Ryusho Town and navigated to the slum areas where hungry-eyed individuals eyed him with curiosity and hunger. Undeterred, Ley Lin approached them with a fierce gaze, holding up a coin.

"Whoever fights with me will earn this coin," Ley Lin declared boldly. Some showed disinterest, but four individuals expressed interest and engaged in combat with him. Ley Lin started the fight using only his bare fists, initially struggling but gradually gaining the upper hand as he fought on.

After months of intense fighting and training, Ley Lin progressed from using only his fists to incorporating his weapons, facing all four opponents simultaneously. As Ley Lin improved, so did his newfound companions. Impressed by his skills and determination, the four individuals began to follow Ley Lin, drawn to his leadership and willingness to share his wealth.

Ley Lin formed a close bond with the 10 year old gang, welcoming them into his makeshift family. He provided them with weapons, food, and clothing, and he gave each of them a name:

The tall, cheerful boy with incredible attack force and a talent for dual sword skills became Ley Xin.

The lovely and skilled archer, who could shoot arrows as accurately as Ley Lin, was named Ley Mei.

Ley Jun, a handsome young man with a knack for strategic thinking, joined the group with his expertise.

Ley Ying, another beauty in the group, possessed innocence paired with a deep intelligence for herbs and terrain navigation, often seen wielding needles.

Ley Lin listened intently as his companions shared their harrowing tale of escaping from a Chu Kingdom slave camp. Amazed by their intelligence and resilience, Ley Lin realized the depth of their experiences and the challenges they had overcome. They had encountered the Red Wolf thugs in the outskirts, who had mercilessly beaten them after their escape, leaving them exhausted and desperate. It was in this vulnerable state that they encountered Ley Lin, hoping for a new path in life.

Fueled by determination and a thirst for justice, Ley Lin and his companions, Ley Xin, Ley Mei, Ley Jun, and Ley Ying, embarked on their quest for revenge against the Red Wolf gang.
