Staggering Lead

~Three Hours Later~

An exhausted Valeron stepped into the clearing, as Liam went forward to catch his stumbling figure. Overhead, rays of sunlight were peeking out of the clouds, illuminating the dark area.

As Valeron walked into the clearing, they all sighed a breath of relief before looking worriedly toward all the injuries which had accumulated on his person. His eyes kept constantly drooping as he.struggled to stay conscious.

"I'm fine, just need a little sleep, just a little."

Liam looked at his teammates worriedly, as he felt this was beyond mere exhaustion. Finding somewhere to lay him down, they watched as he fell unconscious.

They continued to sit around him without doing anything else as the assessment would end in a few hours and they had an insurmountable lead ahead of the others. Taking the Holo-Device and checking their ranking, they gasped in surprise at their points.
