My eyes shots open as I suddenly

gasps for air and immediately roll over on side choking and coughing the leftover the sand in my mouth and throat as I'm still trying to slow down my quicken breathe by cup my hands over my mouth and nose to slowing down.

After a while, my oxygen level got back to normal and my skin color changed back from pink (which I mean my life itself was in danger of crossing over) to blue (my normal skin color).

I turned overlaying on the ground flat on the belly and looked forward to an around me with anxiety on my face as I looked into the endless darkness right in front of me with glowing slime and bugs as its only source of light.

" is this.. a cave?" Was the only thing I could whisper to myself in the dead silence trying not to invite any unwanted *company* that's looking for food.

I tried standing up and felt a sharp pain in my leg, as I looked towards it I glimpse something and look back at it and saw the backpack from the shipwreck a few inches away from me.

"thank avodo," I said my thanks to the gods as I felt relief that I'm somehow alive and the bags still here with me, not to mention it's the only thing that I've got that might have something to help me remember why I'm even here.

Since I can't stand I gave up on the idea and decided to crawl instead.

As I'm going towards it while quietly growling like an animal in pain as I got closer and reached out to the bag grabbing hold of it then pulls it towards me.

"Hmmm," I grumble because my painful leg paid the price when it was rubbing against the rough surface of the ground when I was crawling just now.

Anyways, after sitting up on the ground I opened the smallest zip on the bag and found a hek-stick, it's a light source that holes a special mixture of liquid that's placed inside of tube shape contains that last for two days, the only downside of using a hek-stick is that once you turned it on there's no turning off, which means if I'm in any danger I'm practically a walking freaking target that welcomes attacker.

I take the risk a bend the hek-stick tube in order to activate it, then continue my search and found two strange things Inside a hidden compartment, one of them is a locket an the other was a note.

I decide to open the locket first and a picture of someone wearing a red cloak, three big beautiful oval shape eyes, and smooth bright white skin standing next too " me? " I question myself because I didn't get a chance to look at my face back on the shipwreck.

" I can't even remember my own name, face, or family and yet, *sighs* I know plenty of other things and I seem to be good at fighting," I said while looking at the note with the hek-stick.

As I opened the note a single word was written inside of it.

" Kid..do?.." I whispered as I continue "Mi-" *thump sound* I heard something and looked up with my naked eye but couldn't see anything there, but my instinct says something differently.

I put the locket on and close the bag " why's my life so messed up?" *growl* I heard something again but this time it was different and squeeze my eyes shut.

*Cracking sound* "grrr"
