Chapter 30: Taking part in competition.

Next day I woke up early in morning and now also that thought was in my mind , that why did Anamika said all that I was thinking and at that moment Anamika woke up her sleepy eyes meeting mine her sleepy voice everything was just like a movie scene.

Prem:"Good morning Anamika".

Anamika:"Good morning Dummy".

Prem:"Go get fresh ,I will prepare tea for us".

Anamika:"Ok".

I prepared tea for us and even made breakfast ,we had tea and breakfast and were ready to go to university.We reached University by 8 while entering the gate of University we saw a poster about an event in our university,we had many events but Anamika's eyes went on one even 'Echo of expression' a poem writting competition in which we should recite a poem and topic will be given on spot the date was 21 October.

Anamika:"Dummy go for it".

Prem:"No I can't I have stage fear".

Anamika:"No you go that's all".

All this was going on that Sonali also came and even she saw the poster and got excited,there were dance ,music ,Dj night everything.

Sonali:"Guys this will be fun".

Anamika:"Ya it will be but it will be more funny if Dummy take part in open writting competition".

Sonali:"Ya it will be ,Prem you take part we will come to listen your poem".

Prem:"Thakyou but I can't I have stage fear and even they will give topic on spot".

Sonali:"What's there in that you can atleast give a try".

Anamika:"Ya Dummy atleast give a try".

Prem:"No I will not" .

Ankit was seeing all this from a distance and even he joined us and said me to join the competition.Our lecture almost started so we rushed to lecture hall ,till we reached lecture hall, Anamika, Sonali ,Ankit all were convincing for me to join the competition.

We entered the lecture hall and waited for lecture to start, today's day was hetic for me all these three were forcing me to join the competition and I was saying no only . Even in lunch break also all three treid to convinc me but I was saying no only.

Even they were tired of convincing me so even they stoped ,for a second I was calmed but then I Saw Anamika's face she was really sad and dull cause I was not taking part in competition ,so to make her happy I decided to take part in competition.

Prem:"Ok guys I will take part in competition".

Anamika:"Really Dummy".

Sonali:"Really Prem your not joking na".

Ankit:"Now that's like a man".

Prem:"Ya but I have one condition".

Anamika:"What"?.

Prem:"First all of you should attend the competition and second don't keep any hopes of me winning it".

Anamika:"Ok done".

Sonali:"Ok done".

Ankit:"Done" .

All accepted my conditions and even I was happy to see smile on Anamika's face ,but I was worried from inside I had a lot of stage fear and I never took part in any competition how will I perform there ,can I really do my best or if I fail then what will I do ,I don't wanna make my friends .

So from now I will work more hard on my grammar and learn new words everyday and even follow rhyming scheme I will work hard to win the competition and make my friends and specially Anamika proud .
