The Sparring Fight of Eleanor and Marie

The next few chapters will be written from the third-person's perspective, not the usual Eleanor's perspective.

The clash of steel against steel echoed through the labyrinth as Eleanor, her grip firm on her Witchcraft, faced off against Dany, who wielded a sword with a deadly Infusion aura carved into it.

With a swift advance, Dany lunged forward, his blade slicing through the air towards Eleanor's torso. But Eleanor was quick to react, twirling her chain in a dizzying pattern and deflecting the blow with a metallic Clang*

"I have to admit, you are really something, girl," said Dany.

"Thank you for the compliment, but sadly, I haven't even started," replied Eleanor.

"Oh, is that so? Huh?"

"Yess!!"

Undiscouraged, Dany pressed on, and his movements started to look more fluid and calculated. He baited Eleanor by feinting to the left before executing a powerful overhead strike, aiming to cleave Eleanor in two. Yet Eleanor's mastery of the chain allowed her to evade, the metal links dancing around her like a wave of serpents.

"Are you hurt by that?" asked Eleanor.

She is smiling her way through while advancing and dodging at the same time.

"Nope, but you will be soon," replied Dany.

"I am still waiting for you to do something."

Dany found himself forced on the defensive, with each swing of Eleanor's chain coming close to landing a decisive blow. But Dany was not without skill, parrying and dodging properly; he hasn't given up yet, and his emotions were collecting due to Eleanor's mockery towards him.

"Here, TAKE THIS!!!" yelled Dany.

With a sudden burst of energy, Dany launched a series of rapid attacks, driving Eleanor back with relentless ferocity.

"Oh, shit." struggled Eleanor.

Dany's sword flashed amidst the fog, a blur of steel and determination, as he kicked Eleanor in the gut.

*Thud*

Eleanor landed on her back against the wall as Dany gained the upper hand.

*Huff* Huff*

Dany, out of breath, stands in front of Eleanor as her head stays bowed down.

"So how does it feel when I really do something?" asked Dany.

Eleanor adequately raised her face and looked at Dany.

"That was it?" asked Eleanor.

"Huhh?

Just when it seemed victory was within Dany's grasp, Eleanor unleashed a cunning maneuver. With a flick of her wrist, she wrapped her chains around Dany's sword, pulling it from his grasp and sending it clattering to the ground.

"You think I can't summon it bac-?"

*Gush*

Before Dany could summon back his sword, Eleanor swung and flashed her knife into his hand.

"Ahhhh-" expressed Dany.

Eleanor surges forward. Caught off guard, Dany stumbled backward, his defences momentarily shattered. Sensing an opportunity, Eleanor surged forward, his chains whirling with deadly intent.

Dany desperately tried to regain his footing, but Eleanor jumped and managed to land her furious kick on Dany's face.

*Thud*

With a sudden motion, Dany's body collapsed, his face meeting the hard earth below.

"Now, stay down, please," said Eleanor.

"H- How?" asked Dany.

"What?"

Dany turns around on the ground and lays straight, looking at Eleanor, who is standing in front of him.

"How come you are this strong? You are just a newly placed knight..I have been here for 6 years, and I've never lost in the first round. You completely destroyed me..Who are you?"

"My name is Eleanor j'Arc, the daughter of Arno j'Arc and the student of Marthanda."

"Marthanda... Hehe, I see. So we had no chance since the beginning."

"Yeah, Maybe."

With a voice trembling with fear, Alex cautiously peeked from the edge of the lane, holding the prism with him and casting a wary glance towards Eleanor.

"Is the fight over?" asked Alex.

"Ohh, Alex.." replied Eleanor.

"Did you win, Eleanor?"

"Yes, I did. Heheh"

"Ohh, that's great."

Alex came out running, feeling relaxed.

"Where's Marie? You didn't go after her?" asked Eleanor.

"My Marie!! Yes, when you were busy fighting, she and those other busty women blasted a hole in the lane and kept fighting as they moved out." replied Alex.

"You should've gone with her then."

"I wanted to..but they were very fast, and it was sacred to leave the place. Sorry.."

"*Sigh**" expressed Eleanor.

"Will your friend be okay? Rim is strong, you know," said Dany.

"There's no doubt about it. She will be."

Eleanor smiles in confidence while saying that.

"I see."

*Rumble* *boom* *Shakes*

A sudden, ominous boom echoed from the side of the lane, its sound gradually increasing in intensity, filling the air with mystery.

"It looks like she is here," said Eleanor.

"Huhh?" expressed Dany in confusion.

*BOOM*

The last boom erupted in front of us from the side, shattering the walls. With a thud* the body of a girl crashed to the ground before us.

"Arrghhh.." cried Rim as she lay down before us.

"Rim..." mumbled Dany.

"That Fucking Bitch, she is a cheater!! She cheated!!" yelled Rim, rolling on the ground in pain.

"Ahh- that was close..." said Marie as she wiped dust while walking from between the shattered wall.

Her clothes are torn from her hips and shoulders, making her skin visible, while a trickle of blood has stained the corner of her mouth. Despite all that, she is walking and talking as if nothing has happened.

"Marie!!!" said Alex as he went to her, running.

"Yo, retard," replied Marie.

"AAAaa!! What happened to your beautiful face, Marie? Your clothes are torn as well. Does it hurt somewhere? Show me!!"

Alex is showing love and care for Marie, wiping her blood with a napkin and holding her by the shoulders.

"I am okay,"

"No, show me. A man must take care of his girl."

"Huhh? Since when I became your girl retard. And where were you all this time? Hiding in the corner?"

"Ahh- that actually.."

*Kicks*

Marie kicks Alex away.

"Leave me alone now. Sigh*"

"Sorry...I am really sorry...." said Alex, sobbing and holding his gut.

"I will kill this fucking bitch!!" yelled Rim, from the ground.

"Stop yelling, will you? You are a loser now anyway," said Marie.

"FUCKK YOUUUUUU!!!!"

The loud scream of Rim's anger echoed through the lanes.

And then, we bound all three of them, i.e., Clark, Rim, and Dany, tightly with ropes, their hands secured by cuffs infused with aura, making sure that they couldn't move or use their Infusion to break free or run away.

"Huhh!! I still can't believe it." said Rim.

"What?" asked Clark.

"That, how can I lose to this bitch?"

Rim was glaring at Marie, irritated.

"Yeah, she must be strong then."

"As if..she is a cheater. Nothing else."

"Sigh* you say that every time you lose."

"No. If I knew about that Infusion. I would've won easily."

"Yeah, yeah, now stop crying."

*Clap*

With the clap in the air, Eleanor brought everyone's attention to her. 

"So now, then, can you please hand over your prism?" said Eleanor.

"**Sigh* Alright. We will," said Dany.
