Mis- understanding

Angela POV

Am I in heaven? I love this bed but I don't really think this is a bed but wait. she calmly touch the both side of the so called bed and found out is a couch. imagine why would a couch be this comfortable and soft? she wondered.

Suddenly she heard voices and she could imagine that this conversation is just two people. she slowly opened her eyes and screamed at the first face she saw.

Are you kidding me? the mad man again? I need to run fast from here? I thought I was dead and maybe eating chicken in heaven with the Almighty but No, I'm in the same room with this Mr mad man.. " she thought calmly and slowly stood up but was stopped by a soft but hard arms.

she slowly turn her head towards the owner of the hands and stood up fast but this same mad man carried her on his shoulder and order his secretary I think to leave them alone.

" I promise to stay calm dear. but please just listen to me this once then you can decide what to do next?.." He said holding my hands so tight preventing her from running which i can do anytime soon.

" Fine, but be fast about it before I screamed out for help.. " I said holding my breath and silently praying for a miracle right here.

" Firstly, I'm Alexandro Liam. I'm the owner of the Hier's Company. That faithful day, I was coming from my house when I met you. something happened that got me very furious.. " I watch him bit down his lips and stretch the back of his neck in fear I believe. also avoiding my eyes.

" My parents are one of the most popular gangster in Mexico and I don't want to join them and that's why I ran from home to start a new life here in New York but they won't just leave me as I'm the only male son of my parents. my father wants me to join him but I refused and he gave me a condition so I left my house angrily and that's was why I drove roughly. My dad's gangs were watching me and when I stopped the car to apologize. your first reaction surprised me and I knew you could be in danger for slapping me innocently. That was why I behave that way to protect you from them. I'm so sorry, I don't mean to get you scared. I just wanted to protect you in my own way. I'm not a mad person and I never will.. " He chuckle slowly and clear his throat.

I faced the other side, too embarrassed to face him. I'm doomed, I don't think I can get the job again. she thought quietly.

Alexandro POV

I stared at the innocent and beautiful lady in front of me. I really admire her courage to slap a complete stranger. Ladies fell in love with me at first sight cuz of my looks. I look like my mom who won several prizes for her beauty. I'm just a male version of her and hearing such a disgusting remarks from this stranger angered me but I rather punished her in my own way than for my dad's men to deal with her. I can't afford to lose someone especially as innocent as this sweet girl. I looked at her carefully this time from head to toe. Her long hair tie into ponytail and her straight skirt that brought out her curves and a crop top that covers her chest. Her lips with a beautiful description of black colour on the top lips and pink on her down lips which makes her so beautiful and sexy.

" Huhhhhhh.. " someone cleared their throat and I realized have been staring at her for so long. I shyly smiled at her.

" Sir, I'm very sorry. you are not a mad person. it was just a misunderstanding and I don't know before. thank you for explaining yourself to me cuz I don't think I would have listened in the first place. Sir Pls, do I still have my job?.. " She said as she pout her lips. I just want to kiss them senselessly until she could not breathe but I need to control myself. this is business and no affairs in my office.

" Definitely you have your job Angela. Technically, I was the one who delayed your interview in the first place and have gone through your file and I saw you have the experience and qualifications I need. so congratulations Angela Collins. you got the job.." I said watching her reaction to the news as she stared at me with her open mouth.

Angela POV

I stared at him with my mouth wide open in shock of the news. I got the job.... I jumped around and start dancing before I realized I'm in an office and in front of my new boss. I quickly apologize and smiled awkwardly

" I'm sorry sir, it won't happen again" I said smiling at him

" No probs. be early tomorrow by 8am. I don't like late comers. you can go.. " He said and took his seat as I calmly walked out of the office. I met the secretary with later found out her name from their conversation before I opened my eyes.

" you got the job?.." Maya, the secretary asked me

" Yes I got the job. he's so nice and sweet .." I replied happily.

" you mean Alex our boss is so nice and sweet? wait till you start working girlfriend. anyways welcome to our company.. " she said as she hugged me tight. I don't mind really but the hug might choke me anytime soon.

" Thank you so much Maya. I have to go so I can come early tomorrow. have a nice day Hun.." I said and walked out majestically.

I took a cab to my house. I got down, paid the cab man and opened my door. My stomach grumbled

" OMG, I didn't eat anything since morning. I need to order for pizza.." i said it to myself.

I ordered for pizza. after few minutes I got my delivery, ate and happily sleep off on my bed .
