Psychiatrist checked him, and he concluded that Alphard was burdened in his mind and there's a need to continue to observe his mental condition. Alphard was brought into a special quarantine place. 

22) [04:12 PM, 29/1/2110] - Investigators come to visit and questioned Alphard Lance about what happened in Jatinangor. He filled in the missing details of the last three months. His encounter with the group of Super Criminal under Cobra, and how his two teammates died in the skirmish. The investigator concluded that the individual known as [Cobra] might have mind-inducing or mind-controlling type ability that help him gather followers or inflict damage on target's mental condition. They immediately brought this matter to the higher-up.

23) [11:25 PM, 29/1/2110] - The Upper Rank of the Order held an emergency meeting. The result of this meeting was filed as Ultra Top Secret. However, right after that, Colonel Afridi ordered the Ethereal Division to dispatch the newly trained team, the SPFR (Secret Professional Force and Reconnaissance) Team ASAP to handle the possible insurgency in the Jatinangor, Karawang.

He was so enraged and overwhelmed with negative emotion after he saw Irshad's deformed body. Even I got the chill because his whole body exuding such thick and violent killing intent. That day, he shot down forty-two head, and yeah, he just used forty-two bullets, all of it were straight headshot.
