With my stolen money, I bought some things starting from bolt of clothes, needle, scissor, chisel, xuan paper, ink, and brush before returning to the tavern where Pang Tongling and other guards were resting. 

"Zhuo Fan, where have you been?"

"Strolling, I'll use this room ... don't bother me if there's nothing urgent." 

"Alright, take your time and get some rest." 

After locking the door, I immediately got to work.

There's nothing that cannot be done with array technique. In many fanfiction, array is the programming language of cultivation world, the same with magic circle is the programming language of magic world, or fuuinjutsu in Naruto world. So after having learned the Yin Fiend Array, that was like a specific chapter in array technique that leaned more to Yin and Death aspect ... I decided to acquire the Array in general use itself.

Pulling out the writing tools, I dissect Yin Fiend Array part by part, stroke by stroke, symbol by symbol, to learn how it will effect the array in overall.

I maxed all three skills, and I tabulated all the fundamental stroke, symbols and the pattern that become the component of an array with its description and effect. 

After three hours of learning the array, I have compiled all of the fundamental symbols that was used in the Yin Fiend Array. Now it's time to get the skill for the Array itself by making an array from scratch.

I combined the symbols [Heat], [Air], [Absorb], and [Convert] to create an array for air conditioner. Yep, I feel so sweaty right now with the heat of this place. Feels like I'm back in Surabaya at the peak of dry season.

I draw a better one, now something that has self-sustained energy, and so efficient that the effect encompasses large area while the array size is still that of a sheet of xuan paper. I also add a temperature control.

Now, that formation is just for my personal comfort.

What I want to make is a protection array formation. Something that is not too over the balance, but sellable to the Veiled Dragon Pavilion. It would absorb the qi nearby and build a dome of energy that could hold the full blow of a Bone Forging of the 1st layer and any projectile that come would bounce and deflected by the barrier created from this array.

After designing the array formation diagram, I draw it in the paper and make a scroll by attaching it to a bamboo slip on both end. After that, to make it look ancient and raise it's value, I tricked the time.

Using [Confine], [Multiply], and [Accelerate] symbol as base, I make an array that will accelerate the time of the time inside it's sphere of influence. I put the scroll inside the array and activate it. Now one hour passed in real life would equal to 36 years inside the array. To make the paper not eaten by time and decayed inside, I also add [Nourish], and [Reinforce] symbol. Now I just need to feed it with Spirit Stones.

I can use this array as the base design to make a cultivation chamber with time dilation. But who in the right mind want to spend years just sitting and doing nothing? At least, not me.

After the array is running without much trouble, I realized that something need to be done with the spirit stones consumption. This small [Time Accelerating Array] need to consume at least 100 Spirit Stones per hours. I don't want to waste my hard earned spirit stones for this.

I add another layer on top of the array, this time it was for drawing energy from the air. By absorbing the abundant vitality energy, or Qi in the atmosphere and condense it until it amass enough to power up the array. Hmmm ..., I need to add this little function to make any array self-sustainable.

Is it different from the [Array] skill?

I checked both skills and compare it to see the difference. The [Array] skill only had the knowledge related to array, while [Array Making] is the proficiency in making the array. If [Array] is the passive skill fundamental knowledge, then [Array Making] is the active production skill.

With [Array Making] skill, I can automate the production of arrays, same does with [Pill Making]. Given that I have the necessary material and I have manually craft it before.

Well, set aside mass producing. I need a change in my fashion. Right now I only wore Chinese-style cotton garb. While it's good and feels like I'm cosplaying, but I don't quite like it. 

I took out paper and started designing the attire that I want to make. Nothing exaggerated, only the basic t-shirt.

After maxing it, I hand-tailored my attire for the next 2 hours. I crafted white shirt, black vest and blazer of the same color. The pants is long trouser of black color. I made some metal pauldron that fit the shoulder like Zhongli's attire. With a leather from a demonic beast, I made a matching shoes, gloves and belt.

While I added a pauldron on the shoulder, my overall attire looks like Childe from Genshin with these suite. It was of different color scheme, Childe's grey but mine is traditional black and white. I should make it look like Zhongli, my current hairstyle fit him anyway.

I'm not finished though. I draw a small array to keep air circulation to make it less stuffy and also an array to generate coffee fragrance. This suit would always emanate coffee fragrance despite I didn't spray any perfume on it. After that, I also drawn array for protection. Not that I need it, but there's nothing wrong adding it for extra layers of security.

I have enough bolt of cloths for one more set, so I made another but this time similar to Zhongli suite. Because I already get the hang of it, the work become much more faster.

Array scroll that worth 10 million spirit stone, waiting for completion. But mostly it's done on my part.

Alright then, now what ...

... should I make a weapon next?

I think of adding an array inscription on the weapon. By adding an inscription, the weapon would be of much higher quality. I took some of the weapon that I looted from the previous battle.

Ten swords, seven axes, four battlespears, a bow, and few dozens of daggers and knives.

Alright then, let's start.

First, I draw the symbol for [Sharp] in one of the sword with my [Array]. The effect is basic automatic sharpening of the blade. After that, I added the anti-rust, anti-corrosion properties by combining the symbol [Stop] and [Time]. With that, the sword would be suspended in time, even if thousand years passed it won't rust or corrode. In a way, this sword has become an indestructible object.

My idea stemmed from Dwarf architecture from Elder Scroll games. I've watched some lore videos on Youtube that discussed about the tonal architecture of the Dwemer. It said that the secret of dwemer architecture that could still stand strong with the steam engine still operated even after thousands of years is that they used the tonal architecture to stop the flow of time in that building.

The other swords, five of them I added the symbol for the five element [Fire], [Water], [Wind], [Earth], [Lightning] before layering it with time-stop array. 

The fire, water, and wind sword have the effect of layering the blade with ... well, fire, water, and wind. If I slash it, it would send a blade made of the said elements. The [Water] sword is a special one, I added another array to make the water non-corrosive to the blade. The waterblade generated would look like an ordinary water, but it has the viscosity and properties of a liquid metal Germanium. It would corrode any metal that touched it after sometimes.

The earth and lightning blade are capable of splitting the earth while the latter could sent a lightning blade. The lightning one reminds me of plasma blade to be honest.

Ah right, the qi consumption. Why I always forget about this ...

I added another array to make it absorb the necessary amount of qi from the surrounding and from the spirit stone nearby it if there's any. I also draw array for security measure, it would only recognize those that bind the sword after undergoing a blood ceremony as it wielder.

So this is enchanting? In any case, it looks like a promising skill. Let's increase it to the max.

After that, I continue making another weapon.

I enchant a sword that devours soul from its victim, increasing the base damage for every soul devoured. Another sword, I enchant it with vampirism effect. It would drain the blood of the enemy, refine it and then added it to the user's own health point. The next sword was a claymore, I enchant it with HP increase and shield generation based on user's HP because I'm too lazy to think of other effect. The last sword I added sharp, energy coat, and invisibility. With such effect, it would be totally invisible to anyone else who're not the user.

The axes packed more power compared to the versatile sword. While yes, it's easier to use sword, but axe has its own advantages. The one with good condition were added with enchantment like [Armor Break], [Bonecrush], [Weight], and [Destroy] to it. The rest were unusable because they're rusty and not well-maintained, so it might be better to just smelt it down to get the steel.

Spear would be the next, I added [Pierce], [Lightning], [Water], and [Fire]. The pierce effect it could dealt damage ignoring any protection, whether it armor or barrier, the damage would still delivered. The lightning, water, and fire control is there because I was inspired by Greek Mythological Deities. Zeus, Poseidon and Hades ..., yep, those spears was inspired by the weapon wielded by the three main Pantheon of Olympus.

The bow, obviously it will gonna be the arrow generation. When the bowstring is pulled, it will generate an arrow made from Qi. The Qi arrow wouldn't dissipate on the way and behave unlike normal arrow as it didn't lose the velocity because gravity or air resistance won't affect it. It would explode upon contact.

I'm really tired right now. Forget it, let's put these daggers into smelter just like those rusty axes. I'm gonna hit the bed and take some rest.

Night has passed and I feel fresh again after sleeping. I think, it's a good time to tackle that Blood Demon something. Hmmm, was it a Blood Infant? Oh well, anyway ... 

A Blood Infant can be formed from a Blood Spirit, the Blood Spirit itself is any stone that was bathed in a blood of millions people, absorbing the essence of the sun and moon for thousand of years. It can be said that Blood Spirit is the rarest treasure for demonic cultivator.

The Blood Infant can grow with the host ..., but I can increase it value a little bit more. To refine a Blood Spirit Stone into Blood Infant, I need to infuse it with my own blood and poured a lot of Qi. Not any blood, but my blood essence and a normal person would have limited of those. After that, I need to synchronized the breathing and heartbeat.

But I can cheat my way out of it. I draw an array to help my body recover blood. The core program is simple, it would nourish qi into my bone marrow and promote the production of my blood. With such formation, I don't have to worry about losing too much blood when I synchronized with the Blood Spirit.

After the array was done, I put the Blood Spirit into the ground and cut the palm of my hand, dripping the blood into the ominous red stone. The red stone devoured my blood as it glowing in a certain rhythm, as if it was beating. I tried to synchronize the beating with my own breathing and heartbeat.

One hour later, and the Blood Spirit is still devouring my blood.

Two hours ... the devouring speed up a little bit.

Three hours, it hasn't stop.

Five hours, it took a total five hours until the Blood Spirit stopped devouring his blood and there was an indescribable feeling arose in my heart. Like I just had my firstborn child, not that I ever have it in the first place. But that's how I felt about it.

If not because of the Blood Return Array helping recover some of the blood loss, I can say for sure that I'm already dead.

I can feel the connection between my mind and Blood Spirit. I then picked the Blood Spirit and use the Heavenly Great Demon Transformation Art to finalized the formation of Blood Infant.

The Blood Spirit crushed and entered my chest, I checked my Dantian and can see a palm sized Blood Spirit resting inside. 

This is ..., I'm pregnant?

Okay, that was such a bad joke. But I wonder if I could make this Blood Infant as a clone or something. 

I also decided to learn Blood Palm because I have Blood Infant now. It's a good martial art stanches that can cause havoc to one's blood by reversing it flow. Yeah, meaning heart failure with a punch. I maxed it and the base damage increased by leaps and bounds.

"Zhuo Fan, are you there?" Pang Tongling called from outside.
