5 Percent Of Destruction

Xavier watched, as Jade fell to the ground. She was holding her neck with two hands, gasping for air.

"JADE!!!" Xavier flew and caught her falling towards the ground. Aten caught a glimpse of Xavier's aura while flying into ast him to get to Jade.

(That boy…has an aura I've never seen before. He…can become a threat if I don't kill him).

Aten spun around and followed Xavier. Gritha and Sendra both teleported in front of Aten and unleashed a powerful wave of energy, knocking Aten back.

Xavier flew towards Alicia. (I'll give anything for her! Even if it's my life! Please, please, be able to heal her!)

Aten and the two women stared at each other. "This is starting to get interesting. Seems like you folk have a plan to defeat me, right?"

Sendra and Gritha looked at each other and back at Aten. "That body is doing you well. It's a shame you can't even have your own." Gritha chuckled.

"Your body is nothing special anyways. Average body for a woman…if you ask me." Aten replied. Aten slowly put his hands together.

Before he could unleash an technique, Joster appeared out of the air and held his hand out. Aten went flying into a nearby building.

Sendra quikcly pressured Aten. Aten forced the body to stop in air. He blocked Sendra's blade. Gritha flew behind the two and shot a beam of energy toward them.

(I see.)

Aten grabbed Sendra by the hair and spun her around, throwing her at Gritha.

Joster managed to stop the two from falling. He used his other hand to pick up a nearby skyscraper and threw it at Aten.

"Excellent!" Aten laughed, as he ran along the sides of the skyscraper while slashing it with his sword.

Aten held out his hand and threw the pieces of skyscraper across the city, killing thousands more. Joster jumped on the side and ran towards Aten on the falling building.

"Excellent!" Aten laughed again. He jumped in the air and pointed at Joster. Joster jumped and lifted the building with his ability. He threw it in the air at Aten.

Aten flew underneath the building and put his aura around his fist. He punched Joster higher into the air. Joster hit the force field surrounding the city. (An expansion was casted? Oh, that's right. The beast…are here as well!) Aten laughed and shot a beam towards Joster. Joster rolled out of the way and held out his hand. "The great PUSH!"

Aten felt a powerful force push him towards the ground. He fell, creating a huge crater in the city. (The plan is starting now! I have him still! Do what you gotta do….Xavier and Gritha!)

Xavier and Gritha both jumped in the air and flew towards Aten.

(What are you rats up to?) Aten thought, as he managed to lift his hand and snap his fingers.

The coffin was darker.

A spear formed in his hands. He sliced through Joster's ability and managed to stand on his feet. "Damn it!!" Xavier yelled, as he shot a bolt of lighting at Aten.

Aten did a backflip to dodge it. Gritha ran behind him and swung her golden spear at him. Aten held the spear behind his head to stop her spear from hitting him. "Try harder. I'm getting bored of you lot. I'm going to start turning things up a notch soon if you don't!"

Xavier grunted. He slammed his hands into the ground to shoot electricity from the bottom.

Atendodged eachstrike with ease, while blocking Gritha's attacks.

Aten grabbed Gritha by her hair and held her in front of him. He held out his hand and shot a ball of energy at her, making her collide with Xavier.

Suddenly, the buildings and people began to float in the air around Aten.

"It's about time you made your move…goddess of destruction." Aten put all of his attention ong Jade, who raised both of her hands in the air.

(The creatures are headed this way. This is part of the plan. We have to keep pressing him!)

Frost managed to grab Quintessa before the fire could get to them. He jumped through the ground and out of the subway.

He used his ice to slide across the street. "I've never seen the flame one before. She's a new one, huh?" Frost asked, as creatures emerged from underneath the ground.

Citizens above all were already running from something.

Frost turned around to see powerful sparks of aura on the opposite side of the city. "That color…could it be-"

Obsidian and Ember emerged from the subway. Thousands of creatures walked behind them.

"The Akies are still ahead of us. This doesn't make any sense! How in the world could they-"

Obsidian could see the agrissive aura on the other half of the city. "Amazing. There is a battle over there. Most likely a lot of human casualties." Obsidian said.

Frost walked towards the two. "Mind explaining why you attacked us? Thought we were on the same side." Frost sighed.

Ember stepped in front of Obsidian before he could respond. "There have been…some changes."

Quintessa gave Frost a worried look.

"What are those changes?" Frost asked in a calm voice. He seemed to not be fazed by her response.

"You all helped us with the king, yes. But….sacrifices must be made."

"Why me and Quintessa? There are other Akies you could've teleported here! Why me and Quintessa?!"

"We need strong fighters. Don't get me wrong…most of the Akies here can't defeat us in battle." Ember chuckled.

Obsidian glared at her and crossed his arms.

"You did you bring here? You know them?" Frost asked.

"We chose them from the battle when the king was in his egg."

Frost's ice started to slowly spread on the street.

"You damn fool!"

Ember held out her hand and held a flame above her hand. "Careful now…no need to get so emotional."

"You underestimate our people. That'll cost you your life, woman!"

Obsidian held his hand out. Making Ember's flake decrease. "We intend on killing most or all of the Akies that are here in the expansion." Obsidian explained. He took a deep breath and continued to talk. "Lapis is the one who chose the people. He probably just seen you and wanted you to be part of his expansion. You were all chosen to participate in this game. His expansion traps all things inside. It's almost like a battle royal. However…there's a punch to it. We, the beast are a team, Akies are a team, and humans. The team with the most kills will help the fight between Udo and our king. Each kill will be a point for each team. Lapis put all of the points linked to Udo and the King. When the time frame runs out or when we kill everyone on the opposite team, all of the points will go into whoever the team is linked to. Giving the winner a surge or energy. Right now, we have…exactly 12 hours left of straight war!"

"Why did you bring us here?" Quintessa asked. "Seems like you people have some sort of plan for Udo.

"Once the strongest is dead…there will be no one to stand in our way." Ember chuckled. "We're going to rip you and evryone apart! If you stay out of our way…we won't kill you". Ember laughed.

A smirk appeared across Frost's face. "So, you wanna kill everyone on the island…not just Adisa, huh?"

Obsidian glared. "The truth is…we want to conquer the entire planet."

Frost fell into silence and thought about Summer. "Can't allow that. I figured you guys would have some plan but, I can't let you do that. You told me that the king would bring peace to the island and world. Not kill Udo or harm others. Hell, I even decided to devote myself 100% after I found out Adisa was still breathing. This is no good". Frost sighed. "Oh well." Frost snapped his fingers, causing a giant ice glacier to shoot towards Ember and Obsidian. "You go and get some points. We have no choice but to help our own." Frost said.

Quintessa nodded her head and quickly moved from the area.

"Who wants to die first?" Frost yelled out.

Flames shot from the glacier. "Sneaky little attack, Frost!" Ember laughed. She floated above the glacier and looked down on the prince.

"I'll burn everything!"

Obsidian managed to avoid the glacier and move quikcly through the city. (Right now, the Akies are in the lead. I wonder who or what is killing so many? It's perfect. Lapis should see the point difference and make his move. I'll join him shortly…right after I-)

Obsidian stopped in the middle of the street. A pair of glowing red eyes looked back at him.

"You're ruining my little scheme. Show yourself. I'll handle you quikcly."

A short man, covered in blood walked out into the street light. Jerome pointed his sword at the muscular beast.

"You have the same energy…as those damn monsters! Lemme guess…you're the one who's spawning them?"

Lapis sat in a nearby tower with his eyes closed. He was shaking from terror. "Damn it…I'm so scared!" He cried.

Amethyst looked at the little creature with curiosity. "It'll be fine. She's dead…remember? This was part of the plan if the Akies were in the lead. Hell, you can probably wipe them out with her." Amethyst explained.

"Right…r-right." Lapis took a deep breath and began to speak in a different language. Amethyst closed her eyes and held out her hands.

Lapis and Opal had came up with a backup plan, just in case the Akies seemed too far to reach with points.

Lapis has the ability to reanimate anyone from his pack. Opal and him decided on one of their most dangerous and heartless companions. Lapis had the body but not the spirit under control. With his ability, he could summon the person with orders. If they choose to not follow, he can easily tear the body apart from the soul and return back to his body. The ritual will only last 30 minutes before completely destroying the soul and body.

"Muy…Cac…HANZO….TUUU!!!"

Lapis's body teleported and went into the clouds.

Jade looked up and noticed the clouds splitting apart. Everyone stopped and looked up at the sky.

"W-who is that?!" Joster yelled.

Aten even noticed the sharp power that was coming from the sky. "This part of your plan…Jade?"

A ray of light shined down. A blonde woman's head slowly moved out of the clouds. She laughed uncontrollably, as she fell towards the ground.

Lapis had decided to revive Crystal.

She and Aten held eye contact. She stopped her body from falling and floated above everyone.

Aten squinted his eyes. (Now what could these brats…possibly do against me? I'm only 3% awake and I'm just having fun. This woman…might cause some trouble. Hell, she might push me to 5 or 10% if I'm not prepared. Very well…show me what you got!)
