Chapter 6

I’ll be honest with you, I was worried, like….. so much. The thing about love is, as much as it lightens up your inner best person to the horizon, you be kind of insecure if your soulmate isn’t yours.

What I mean by this is as long as we are not officially an item, a couple. I will not calm down. Mariana is mine.

I trusted you for my secrets that I have not told any other human being about, so trust me when I say this,

she and her name have not ever left my mind ever since my eye drowned deep into the magic of hers.

Mari, Mari,… Mariana. That’s the only thing I can think of.

I even watch out before talking to anyone. If I get straight to talking with him I would call him Marian!! so, before I talk I say to my self this is ….. not Mariana.

The word that calms me down and takes me throughout the dark times of lonesome is ‘Her’.

So I want her. I want her to be mine. To be my queen. My soulmate. My cozy blanket when I am cold and I be hers. I wanted to marry her.

But if you would know something about me, it would be that I am the worst person when it comes to talking to a girl. I guess you already noticed this. ‘do you like Pizza’!! I laugh every time I remember this and remember what a foul I am! ‘Pizza!!’. whatever..

Don not tell Mariana about this, but I dreamed of kissing her! Shhhh.! do not tell anyone!

How would I start saying this? I literally have zero idea. But sometimes you have got to be brave. You are scared! I admit this, but you have to do this whatever it takes. I would never forgive myself if I see her with anyone but me.

So I will say ‘I LOVE YOU MARIANA’. if she accepts me, I’d be the happiest person on earth! But if she does not….

I do not want to think of this. I feel safe this way. Her…. Her….. Her…. Mariana

Opening my eyes, and as the light shines through my eyeballs to lighten my new morning. I had my plan ready.

I will invite her to dinner tonight, and among the beautiful red roses I will tell her, “Would you lighten my life and be my queen?”

I woke up…. and gave my self a minute to take my breath and let air into my lungs, and felt what hopefully will be the best day of my life smelled like.

I sneaked my eyes on the other side of the bed to see if she has woke up or still asleep. But, she was not there! Ok fine, she is in the balcony then.

I woke up and stood, and even walked towards the bathroom to wash my face. A knocked on the door but with out getting a response back, so she is not there, good.

I washed my face and let the fluffy white water wander around my face to brighten it with its magic!

I then walked towards the balcony to ‘Breath some fresh air’ you already know my real purpose.. I pulled off the certain hoping to see my Heart Rose in there. But,… she was not!! the sun was in the first fourth of the sky so it was breakfast time. It was obvious that she went to have breakfast.

I quickly put on my jacket and took the stairs down to the reception. The hotel restaurant’s entrance is in there. But wait a second.. what is this? There are guards everywhere and they do not like normal hotel guards. They look strange. I think they are royal guards. Guards like these are supposed to protect something really important, the King maybe. But there also were Inspectors everywhere.

All of that didn’t matter because my eyes were were looking for Mariana. But it was very crowded with guards I could barely see any normal people.

As I went down, an officer .. no I think he is an inspector. a good looking gentleman, head over to me quickly.

“Good morning sir, may I ask what is your name?” he asked.

“I am Trevor,.. Trevor Megladon” i weirdly replied.

He looked me strangely and asked another question, it was obvious that some crime had happened!

Oh god Where is Mariana!!!

It was like hell was burning my foot to run everywhere and look for her!!

“Where have you been sir?” he asked.

“I was sleeping.. oh I was going to have some breakfast actually!” I replied with a small laugh, hoping that he would let me go!

“Do you think this is a joke?” he replied with anger.

“I don’t know what is going on sir, What had happened here? Where is everyone?” I asked while my heart were about to explode in tears and jump out of my eyes. I was worried about Her so freakingly much!

“Sir, his royal highness, the king and his daughter the princess have been kidnapped this morning.. Do you know something that could help?” He replied.

I was shocked to hear that the king was kidnapped, not only that, but also the princess had been kidnapped.

If someone had something to do with the king what does the princess have to to with all of this. She is nothing but a lady after all!

But what about the kingdom? What will happen to us? I had no idea. I was only worried about Mariana. But there was nothing I could do but to wait! They could think that I kidnapped them.

So I decided to wait for all of this to end and then I will see what I can do. Of course I will find Mariana after all!

She could not have disappeared!

Suddenly someone that seemed to be from the hotel’s management staff shouted and said

“For safety reasons.. no one shall leave the hotel until the King is found, please worry not. No one will be charged any additional expenses. We hope you all will be safe here..”
