Hiroto Kazuhito has always felt bored in his life.
Living an ordinary life as an ordinary human in the present, from the grueling years of studies, it was time to wake up to the real society.
Hiroto took a different route. Deviating from the norm, becoming an online freelancer.
Parting with his family, he started living on his own. He rented an apartment in tokyo.
The good thing is that he was able to support himself on the internet by making or doing freelance work either, blogging or trying out various things on the internet with what he learned from the past as he knew those knowledge really made a difference. Albeit everything he did didn't make him feel happy.
It was at those times that anime, comics and games saved his lonesome life. It allowed him to live on his own, particularly motivated after work, without the notions of being hit by a truck-kun or having a heart attack from a bulldozer. At least before he died, he wanted to see the conclusions of his favorite works, that was his last well deserved wish..
Although he felt alienated and is already twenty-four years old, he doesn't even feel that he was lonely and too old to be doing such things. He was accompanied by hobbies he liked, be it anime, manga or anything else, and wouldn't mind living in the world for more years to come.

Present.
Takada, Toshima-ku, Tokyo..
In a small apartment room that can be described as a rundown storage room. Hiroto jotted a list in a paper, his figure could be described as accentuating to the background of garbage bags on the sides.
"I'll throw the trash later for now, ohh it seems that I've run out of cup noodles, soda and.."
Coincidentally, he had to drop by to buy some daily needs. He was a self-proclaimed neet that goes out one time in a month.
Even as a neet, the best thing in his unamusing life was to occasionally go out and try out new things around. Well, not that something could happen with his amusing personality, if anything else, he would be much more surprised than the other person, he was a realist.

With a worn-out disposable facemask, he put on a large faded jacket and a hat that covered his messy hair. It's been months since he cut it so it looked like a bird's nest.
He was a total personification of someone who doesn't care about appearance.
He walked outside towards the train station and rode to the bustling Akihabara City.
"This heat is gonna kill me." Hiroto wiped the sweat in his oily face. Putting on his earphones and watching an anime.
As usual, the city was filled with life, everyone was living on their own, smiling, unsmiling and others looking haggard.
With a phone on his hand playing out a cute anime girl while listening to her question the viewers about what exotic food they would like to see.
His long bangs drooped down. Some people moved past him, unaffected. He didn't care about others, much less think about his insecurities or he wouldn't be able to live a lonesome life.
After walking out the train, Hiroto headed in front of a place where others were already waiting in a long line, there were many people that looked like him, they were weebs too. Although they were wearing much neater clothes compared to him.
"Number 130!"
It took hours of wait before it was his turn.
The receptionist greeted him without minding his appearance.
It might be because he was already a patron to this place since he was a money bag.
Receiving the online receipt from the sales lady, he claimed his deluxe-pro-special-limited edition merchandise with an excited expression.
Leaving the establishment, a smile appeared on his face which couldn't be seen as he's wearing a facemask. But soon he got reminded of other things he had to do today.
"I nearly forgot, I had to buy necessities today.." He thought it was inconvenient because he could order online, but buying it in person would be cheaper, and since he was already here, he didn't give it much thought.
Hiroto walked for some while and neared a fork where they had to wait at the crossing.
As he waited four people were in front, two male and two female who looked to be near his age, probably a few years younger too.
It wasn't out of place to assume that they were a group of young couples? They were casually dressed and you can still see the hint of youth from them, he guessed they didn't have classes today.
Hiroto also sighted a serious looking girl waiting beside him on the corner of his eyesight. He focused on his phone, listening while watching anime and waited for the traffic to stop.
"Like I'm telling you about that movie, it's really good! We should definitely watch it again!" The tall blonde young male wearing a simple t-shirt said. Looking to be in the next boy band, or just a personification of a riajuu because of his handsome face.
"Can we not? I don't really like scary movies and all that kind of stuff you know? I had a heart attack watching that movie.." the black haired male said, who had somewhat hulking muscles beneath his outfit, 'a little bit scary.' and his lines didn't match his build.
It was pretty fascinating.
"Is it really good?" said the orange-ponytail haired girl. She was cute and bubbly, she had the perfect vibe of a girl from the next door.
"Hey, don't compare a different genre. It's not a horror movie." said the pink-haired girl who had elegant features, she was beside the ponytail girl bickering and laughing.
"But.."
They were individuals living their own lives.
Accidentally hearing their conversations made him think of the past. He finished highschool, prioritizing to work for short term income, doing side gigs, then completely moving towards freelancing online which he's successful and had been doing until today.
The walking pedestrian sign glowed, the people started walking to the other side of the road. But in that moment, an unexpected and totally novel-like event woke up his sunken eyes.
He was stuck in the place and couldn't move.
'Areh? Is this a truck-kun phenomenon? No, maybe I don't want to get truck-kun, even though I always wish I would, now I don't care about anything about transmigration anymore just let me move on god damn I haven't fucken wrote a blog about my latest edition yet.' Hiroto's brain raced faster than a computer hard-drive. He was scared about what's happening but there was a hint of excitement too.
"What's happening?!" With the same questions from the others who got caught in the middle of it, a bright light appeared beneath the center of the four people group and it encompassed him and the girl on the edge of his eyes. Then something like a rune, a magic-circle enveloped the light blinding literally everyone inside and before they could react, they vanished like a spark of light in the monotone earth.
The world continued to revolve, and for a brief moment the people on earth forgot the supernatural event that just happened and started to go on with their monotonous lives.
