Sammy POV.

I was sick, I hate being sick, I hate being sick when I'm away from Keira, I didn't know I'd miss her so badly until now, until I was sleeping in bed running a fever. My wolf begging for her wasn't helping, I tried to use our bond and connect to her, to call her, maybe if we have a talk my wolf would calm down a bit.

But she blocked me, I couldn't get her through the bond no matter how hard I tried to call her, that just made me pout. Alvin who was taking care of me, he's the only one who's brave enough to be near me when sick.

Adam says I become a bitch when sick, dad slapped the back of his head when he did that, but the word stuck, I'm really bratty and whiney when I'm sick. Anyone would be when they have a high fever, can't get out of bed, their whole body ache, add to that my mate is replying to me!
