Keira POV.

I wasn't taking any more of their words and whispers, I couldn't take it anymore, he's my mate, I'm not giving him up. Like it or not he's mine, after the funeral, I held his hand and walked back to the house with him. He kept eyeing me like he wants to say something, or maybe ask something, I didn't push him or say anything until we made it home.

We went upstairs to my room, he was still worried, messing with his shirt, I let him sit on the bed and went back downstairs, I had some work to do but I'll be back later.

/"Kei...mama where you going?/" he asks in a whimpering voice, he sounded sad that I'm leaving him.

/"I'll be back in a bit little one, try to rest/" I reply going down to my office, Faith joined me soon, she took a seat on my desk and turned to me.
