S.H.I.E.L.D. and Hydra 1

Now Jack knew what would happen if things happened similar to the movie, so he told Bruce that he had to take care of something on Earth. Jack took Bruce to his laboratory and, using the reality stone, created a door that led to a hallway in the laboratory.

Jack entered the central computer through his bracelet and registered Bruce Banner as a scientist and this laboratory as exclusive to him. Bruce saw this and understood that this place would no longer be hidden. Jack called Peter to let him know.

"Peter, I'm calling to let you know that I opened a new room in our building. In this laboratory, there's a scientist named Bruce Banner. You can meet him later. He's the only scientist who isn't under your supervision. He's a friend of mine," said Jack.

"Bruce Banner, I remember that name. He's a professor with several doctorates. Didn't he have a problem with the government?" asked Peter.

"Yes, he did. But we'll solve those problems if the government wants to come here. For now, only you, me, and Bruce will know about this," said Jack.

"Okay, I'll stop by later to talk to him," said Peter, and hung up the phone.

"There you go, Bruce. Everything is taken care of. If the government comes, you can say that you can control your form and that you joined the Avengers. I'll let Iron Man and Peter Parker know later, so the government can't mess with you," said Jack.

"After the laboratory closes, you can go out and take a walk, see your family, and have some fun. Enjoy it because from now on, you'll be free," said Jack.

"Thank you, Jack. I'll never forget what you did for me," said Bruce, giving Jack a hug.

"It's okay. We're friends, and friends help each other. Now I'm going to be gone for a few days. I have to take care of a problem," said Jack.

Jack used a portal and went to New Jersey. He soon found the hidden S.H.I.E.L.D base and made his body transparent, passing through the walls. He looked at the ground with his enhanced vision and found Arnim Zola's laboratory.

He entered the lab, created a clone, went invisible and went to sleep, and asked his clone to let him know when Natasha and Steve arrived.

After waiting for a few hours, Steve and Natasha finally arrived as they got off the elevator, the clone disappeared and Jack woke up.

He stored his mattress and blanket in his own storage space and waited until the two finally arrived, seeing Jack standing there waiting.

"You took too long. I was hoping you'd figure out sooner that Hydra had taken over S.H.I.E.L.D. That's why I never trusted them. Only a few people there can be trusted," said Jack.

"What are you doing here? How did you find this place? How did you know we were coming?" asked Steve, shocked and tired of everyone around him having secrets.

"Natasha knows. I told her that as soon as I became a hero, I hacked into the S.H.I.E.L.D. database. It was very easy to find out about Hydra too. That's why I never trusted S.H.I.E.L.D., but I knew that if I told you, no one would believe me," said Jack.

"Discovering things without being discovered was easy, but the downloading proof would be almost impossible. They would stop me and could even destroy the information, but now they're busy with something else," said Jack.

Steve looked at Natasha, who didn't seem too surprised after hearing what Jack said. He really did say that he had hacked into S.H.I.E.L.D.'s data before, but she didn't believe him. Now it seemed to be true since he knew about Hydra that neither she nor Fury knew.

"I still can't believe you, Jack. You do things in a very sneaky way. You could have told us even knowing that we wouldn't believe you," said Steve.

"I'm not you, Steve. Not everyone has the exemplary morality you have. Doing this was very complicated, boring, and unnecessary. As I said, no one would believe me. Fury, S.H.I.E.L.D., and Hydra would have been monitoring me for the past few years to see what I was going to do, and I would have lost my freedom without gaining anything," said Jack.

Hearing this, Natasha and Steve knew that Jack was right. Only the Avengers knew that Jack was the Battle Sage, which is why he had gone without surveillance from S.H.I.E.L.D and Hydra for the past few years and was able to live his life.

But if he had to talk about Hydra, he would have to reveal his secret identity to Fury to gain his trust and thus he would be monitored all the time. It would certainly be very annoying.

"Right now, after everything that's happened, we're here alone. If I wanted to kill you, I could have done it already, and yet you still don't believe me. Years ago, you would have believed me even less." Jack said.

Jack was right. Neither Natasha nor Steve trusted him, even in this situation. So Jack was right that they wouldn't have trusted him in the past. Now the two were looking at Jack without knowing what to say.

"Don't worry about me, I came here to ensure that Natasha doesn't die. You came to plug that flash drive you have into that USB port there. You can ask the computer anything you want to know, it will tell you everything." Jack said.

The two looked at Jack and then at the several old computers that were turned off. Natasha saw a port for a flash drive and even an adapter that could be connected to this old computer.

As Jack said, they came here because this is where the data on the flash drive was created, so they had to turn on the computer to know the truth. They approached the computer to plug in the flash drive.

"I'll go invisible, don't look at me, and don't talk to me after turning on the computer," Jack said and he turned invisible.

The two didn't know what Jack was doing, but they came here to do this. They plugged the flash drive into the adapter and the old servers turned on along with the old computers and monitors.

Soon the two were in shock to find out that all these servers were the digital brain of Arnim Zola, which belonged to Hydra. Steve asked some questions and Zola told them everything they wanted to know, and Natasha confirmed some things.

The two were shocked and had to contain their urge to look at where Jack was and ask how he knew all these things, but they restrained themselves and knew that Jack wouldn't tell anyway.
