Chapter 666: Running Out Of Time

Lu Zhen took in a deep breath as he tightened his grasp on his dagger.

Suddenly, Lu Zhen broke out in a run, chasing after the [Ranger]. Seemingly having expected this, the latter began to retreat with his front facing Lu Zhen as he nocked two arrows to his bow and fired right away.

*Pew* *Pew*

The arrows cut through air and darted at Lu Zhen almost at the same speed as a bullet. The latter has a hard time dodging them but it wasn't impossible for the most part. For the arrows he couldn't dodge, Lu Zhen relied on his dagger skills and some obstacles to block them.

The environment was filled with a few trees and rocks, giving Lu Zhen options to hide behind as he tried to close the gap between himself and the [Ranger].
