(AN: Sorry for the chaos earlier)
'Finally.' Sato sighed after realising that he was no longer being pursued by any figure.
During his run through the path, Sato had encountered a fork and this had made it easier for him to lose the bizarre creatures, although there was still some difficulty involved.
It took Sato a lot to get rid of those creatures. Not only did he toss away the magic torch in his hand, but he also had to hide his body, turn mute and reduce his heartbeat to the best he could. Only when all those conditions were fulfilled was his able to lose track of the creatures, however, he was now stuck in darkness. Luckily, Sato had prepared sufficient magic torches -at least four- so all he had to do was wait till the area was are before taking out one. It was now over seven minutes that Sato's instincts were had been quiet, which most likely meant that he was safe.
'Creatures that can't be harmed by physical attacks. What the heck?' Sato frowned.
