Chapter 115

"so how was Tina able to do it. She may be strong but how was she able to survive a horde of goblins as well as a group of wind wolves." She asked him.

Dick wasn't sure about that question. The truth was that he wasn't entirely sure how she had done it either.

But he could tell that there was something different about her.

She seemed much stronger and she had darkened finger tips.

"I don't know but I believe that she took something to make her stronger and that was what allowed her to be able to fight them off and take them down." He explained to her.

She hummed as she nodded her head at him before letting out a sigh.

"And how was it that you were able to get away as well. I understand how she was able to do it as she was able to cheat her way out of it but how were you able to do it." She asked him.

Dick gulped dryly as he thought back to thew incident and he thought back to gloria. She was the reason that he had been able to get away. 

If she hadn't distracted tina then he wouldn't have been able to get away and escape.

"I had help and I wasn't doing it on my own." He said to her.

Mary was silent as she digested the information that he had just told her.

She wasn't sure how to feel about the revelation or the words that he had spoken.

She knew that there was something that wasn't quite right however she hadn't expected that things would have been this bad.

The entire course was a disaster and it had resulted in the murder of the whole class which was something that hadn't happened before.

She wasn't entirely sure how to feel about everything. She felt as a mixed range of emotions flooded through her.

She gritted her teeth as although she wanted to blame others for everything she was also aware of the fact that she did carry some of the blame.

When ken had demanded that she had over leadership to him she should have been firm and stood her ground however that wasn't what she had done.

Instead she had accepted defeat.

She knew that she should have fought back and even then she felt as though she was wrong for giving in so readily.

However she held hope that seeing the fact that he was a teacher he would try to uphold his role and try to keep his firm stance in his teaching position.

She had hoped that her wouldn't let his friendship with Tina's father get the better of him and stop him from doing what was right however she too knew that was foolish of her to think such.

If only she had stayed behind and taken care of the students then none of it would have happened and she would have been able to keep them safe and stop them from getting hurt.

However now none of that was happening.

Now they were all gone and it didn't erase the hurt that she felt in her chest when she thought over the fact that it was something that she could have just as easily avoided.

However her anger wasn't simply limited to the fact that she was one of the people that could have stopped it from happening she had a different set of anger that was directed towards tian and Guderian.

They were the ones who had started and promoted all of it. If they hadn't decided to act so cruelty the students would still be alive at the moment.

Tina had always been a terrible bully and Ms. Mary and the other teachers would often overlook it due to the fact that it wasn't causing the students any serious harm as well as the fact that her father was a power full man and any al[peal made against her was something that he could make go away.

Standing up against him was almost completely pointless and she as well as the others knew that,.

However now that the deaths of the students had been brought in to question it should have been something that was enough to open his eyes to the severity of the situation and show him that his daughter required discipline.

And yet not much to her surprise here he was covering up for his daughter once more.

It was ridiculous the fact that even now he continued to turn a blind eye to. Everything that she did and he continued to find new and new reasons for him to defend her.

Ms. Mary was tired of the both of them and she was tired of them using their position and their power in order for them to be able to get everything that they wanted.

That wasn't how life worked and they couldn't simply get away with hurting people.

She knew that even know Tina's father was looking for another way for him to be able to cover up what his daughter had done and he planned on painting her out to be the victim in it all.

It infuriated her to no end to think of the fact that it would mean that those that were killed wouldn't get any justice and the person that had hurt them would simply be able to get away with it.

It was unfair and the world wasn't supposed to work that way. Where there was law there was meant to be order and there was no one person that was meant to be beyond punishment.

She couldn't allow this to slide and she knew that she would have to fix the situation however she knew that it would be hard for her to do so.

She knew that the school wouldn't be in support of her doing so and that she would only end up getting herself into trouble.

That was why she knew that if she was going to present the evidence she had gathered to the school then she would have to have something concrete for her to show them.

A set of evidence that they had no choice but to accept and something they had to acknowledge.

Dick could see the shift in her mood and he couldn't help but fall silent for a moment.

He could see just how upset she was about the situation and the fact that it seemed to be so unfair for one set of people and seemed to be favoring another.

He was all too familiar with how Mary felt.

He had been helpless for years himself and he had been forced to sit back as tinas and the others bullied him and treated him terribly.

However there was nothing that he could have done at that time because he didn't have the strength to do so.

Ms. Mary felt the same way as because although she was a powerful mage her power was nothing compared to the power that Guderian had.

That was another thing that annoyed Ms. Mary.

The fact that she knew that Guderian was aware of the power and the strength that he held and instead of using it for good or to help others he chose instead to bully and twist the reality.
