Chapter 68: Fighting Practice 4

Haruto didn't care and calmly waited for the match to begin. Just as the match started, the skinny man appeared in front of Haruto and prepared to attack.

However, Haruto had already anticipated this and dodged to the right, then delivered a punch with his left hand.

But the skinny man quickly dodged to the side, though Haruto had expected this, and kicked him, catching him off guard.

After being pushed back a few steps from Haruto's kick, the skinny man became frustrated and quickly tried to strike Haruto with various fast punches.

However, Haruto successfully blocked all the attacks before jumping back. Seeing this, the skinny man smiled, thinking an opportunity had arisen.

But Haruto was just toying with him. Whenever the skinny man was about to strike, Haruto extended his hand to catch the punch, then immediately punched the man's face, followed by a spin, an elbow strike, and another punch.

When the man thought Haruto would punch with his right hand, Haruto instead struck with his left hand. When the man thought Haruto would kick, Haruto punched instead.

Due to the strange and brutal attacks executed by Haruto, the man didn't know how to respond and ended up being beaten until he eventually fainted from exhaustion.

"Matt Hugh loses! The winner is Haruto Sato!"

Haruto won the fight in a difficult way by deceiving Matt with various unusual attacks, even though Matt was fast.

However, Matt lacked experience in deceptive fighting, and in the end, he became exhausted and fainted. If only Matt had been a little smarter, it would have been Haruto who fainted instead.

Haruto was very aware of this, that he was weak, too weak without the help of the System.

Therefore, Haruto intended to train even harder to survive in this harsh world.

Finally, time passed, and this became the match that many people had been waiting for, as Haruto would face Fried.

Haruto then entered the arena, and a man who had previously looked at him with hatred also entered the arena. The man had a plain face and a genuine smile, a stark contrast to his previous expression of hatred towards Haruto.

Seeing Haruto, Fried smiled calmly. Although Fried's smile seemed genuine to others, Haruto could see that it was fake.

As the match began, Fried had partially transformed his body into stone before running towards Haruto.

Seeing this, Haruto prepared himself. When Fried was about to strike, Haruto dodged to the right, and when Fried attempted a kick, Haruto dodged to the left.

The fight continued, with Fried trying to attack while Haruto only evaded each strike.

"Come on, Fried! Defeat that guy!"

"That's right! Fried, avenge us!"

"Come on, Fried! We know you can do it!"

"Fried! Fried! Fried!"

Cheers and applause could be heard, encouraging Fried, while insults and mockery were thrown at Haruto.

While some people cheered happily for Fried, others remained silent and watched calmly, while some others watched the match with complicated expressions.

"You won't defeat me!"

"You're just a weak man!"

"You deserve to be beaten!"

"You're a despicable man!"

"A guy like you shouldn't be here!"

"You're trash! Useless!"

"You-" Before Fried could unleash the insults and mockery he had held back.
