Chapter 48: Black Market Structure

"Above the Guest Receptionists there is a Manager, each Manager will manage at least fifty Guest Receptionists, consisting of thirty Level one Guest Receptionists, fifteen Level two Guest Receptionists, and five Level three Guest Receptionists." Reynold explained it in great detail and comprehensively.

"Each Manager must manage the Guest Receptionists well, these Managers are the ones who will approve transactions in the Black Market, whether it is buying information or acting as intermediaries between individuals."

"Above the Managers there are Supervisors, each Supervisor will manage five Managers, they are also the ones who have a lot of control over trading in the Black Market, but they are not the actual leaders of the Black Market itself, there are people higher above them."

"That is the Council of Leaders, they are the actual owners of the Black Market, as well as the holders of the highest authority, and they are also the Managers who are the backbone of the Black Market itself."

Hearing all of this, Kakashi pondered and thought that the organizational structure of the Black Market itself was quite good, and could be said to be very well-structured.

"How do you know all of this? Isn't that supposed to be very secret?" Kakashi then asked, which he found quite strange.

"Secret? Yes, it is common knowledge known by most people, many people will buy information about the organizational structure of the Black Market."

"That's why I know it, you just need to pay me, and I will tell you, in the Black Market, betraying and being betrayed is common and even a common rule." Reynold said with a shrug.

"Actually, the reason I know this is because everyone who works as part of the Managers of the Black Market itself must know who their superiors are."

Kakashi wanted to know the location of the nearest Fortress City, being prepared for any possible emergencies that might occur later.

"The nearest Fortress City to Fortress City 085 is Fortress City 086, it is to the North, if using a vehicle like a car, it might only take thirteen days or fifteen days if encountering some Dead and Horrors on the road." Reynold explained the location of the nearest Fortress City.

"Does that mean that the Black Market of Fortress City 085 is connected to other Fortress Cities? So is the Black Market itself a large-scale organization that exists in every Fortress City?"

"Or is it only managed by a group of people and forms a Black Market that is only in Fortress City 085, and not connected to the Black Market that may be in other Fortress Cities?" Kakashi immediately asked what he really wanted to know.

"I don't know about those things, because complex and complicated information like that is beyond my current Level as a Level 1 Greeter."

"Perhaps the Supervisors or higher officials, the Council of Leaders, know more about this." Reynold answered with a embarrassed face, because the knowledge he possessed was limited to his current abilities.

"Is that so... If that's the case, you need to buy something. Now buy information about the location of the Soul Collectors, buy clear information, don't be deceived, I don't want to go to the wrong place, I want to deal with those crazy worshipers." Kakashi said, narrowing his distinctive eyes.
