Chapter 104

Jane finished bathing Chris and herself, she wrapped him in a towel that she got from Grace's room, she wore her cloth and she was starting wonder where the cloth that Grace said she ordered was when she heard someone come into her room

surprisingly it was Tessy, she wondered what she was doing in her room

"what do you want?" she asked her

"I was asked to drop this" she slammed the package on the floor angrily

Jane was furious ' what is wrong with her she thought '

Jane picked it up and saw that it was children's cloth, she knew it was for Chris, seeing she confirmed the package, Tessy turned to leave but she was called back by Jane

"Tessy, next time knock before you enter my room" Jane said crossing her hand on her chest

Tessy snorted and left the room, she felt wronged ' who the hell does that bitch think she is to talk to talk to her like that? ' she thought

' why the hell is she so lucky, she even got herself a room in the mansion, while she has to stay at the servant quarters, she's even wearing a nice pretty dress while she had to wear this maid uniform ' she gnashed her teeth, she almost choked with anger, she left angrily, she will make sure to teach her a lesson ' she concluded

Jane took the cloth dressed Chris up in them, she was sure the cloth was expensive, it was a knicker and a round neck top, it was a complimented with a snickers and a wristwatch

"your aunt does know how to play dress" she said emotionally, she felt so thankful to God for bringing Grace and Chris into her son's life

"I really like them mom" Chris said in excitement, he liked the way the cloth looked on him

Jane combed his hair to the side and gave him a peck on the side and Chris giggled

"now you have to go stay with your aunt while I work okay?" Jane said to him

"okay Mom" Chris replied him

Jane brought him to Grace's room and knocked the door, Grace asked them to come in and they both entered the room

Grace was busy with her make up, she saw Chris and her eyes lit up

"well isn't that my little nephew over there" Grace said pulling little Chris into a hug

Chris hugged her back, he really liked this aunt of his

"can I drop him with you, I need to go to the kitchen and help with breakfast and I won't be able to do anything if he his with me" Jane explained

"of course, I would be glad to babysit my little nephew but Jane you know you don't have to join in to do the chores in the house" Grace said

"you were employed for my brother alone" Grace continued

"yes I know, I don't like not doing anything besides, your brother is going to eat of the food that's been prepared, you know he's so picky with the food he eats, so I have to see if they're preparing what he would like to eat if not I will have to prepare it myself

"hmm good point but don't join in with the chores, you are not like every other maid here you are different" Grace told her

"will keep that in mind now I have to go" she hurriedly said "Chris listen to your aunt and don't cause any trouble" Jane said and vanished

Jane got to the kitchen and breakfast was almost ready, she felt bad for coming late

"I apologise for coming late, what can I do?" Jane said

"you are always coming late, you think you own this house don't you" Tessy snorted

Jane decided to ignore her

"will you just keep quiet and continue with your work" Estella scolded her she then turned to Jane

"just help in serving the dishes, you can place this on the table" Estella said and placed a bowl in her hands

Jane took it and headed for the dinning

Chris was in his room, he had already taken his bath and finished dressing up, today was Sunday, Jack was not here, his grandmother will be coming and they will be having dinner together

he had been waiting for Jane to bring his coffee for the past thirty minutes but she was nowhere to be found ' was she avoiding him ' he thought, she was not here to inform him if breakfast was ready too, he looked at the wall clock, he was sure it was time for breakfast, he decided to go take a look himself

Chris got to the dinning room and found his mom and dad already seated, he was about to have his seat when he saw Jane coming in with a tray, she looked dazzling in the gown she was wearing

she was wearing a long sleeve purple gown with a touch of gold, he was sure either it was Grace's cloth or she got it for her, the cloth didn't seem to be Jane's style of dressing but it still suited her very well, she looked really sexy in that dress and he felt like tearing the cloth down her body

Jane felt someone's gaze on her, she looked and saw that it was Chris, she quickly looked away as their eyes met, she almost fell as her legs turned jelly, thank God she was almost at the table

Chris sat down and Grace came right in with little Chris with her

"good morning Mom and Dad, good morning brother" Grace greeted everyone

"come on Chris say good morning" Grace urged him

Chris was too afraid of the madam that's why he had not said anything but hearing his aunt he decided to say his greetings but he just didn't know how to address them

Williams noticed the boy's demeanor and he knew exactly what the problem is he decided to help him out

"come here boy, come sit with Grandpa" Williams invited the boy

hearing his statement Maria almost spilled her food

"what Williams are you also a part of this nonsense?" she questioned him
