He turned to face Jacobi and he tapped him on the shoulder. "Let's get going shall we?" he said. Jacobi smiled and waved at Charlotte and they both turned to leave. Outside the gates of the building, Jacobi stopped him.

"Smile," Jacobi said. "I know we both are thinking the same thing about what happened to Alberto. I want to remind you of the promise that you made to Charlotte. Please do not do anything stupid just because you want to help Alberto. I know how much you two shared. He was like a father to you and all that, but please, don't allow that cloud your judgement. If he can't be saved, we leave him to die and fight for ourselves right?" Smile stared at Jacobi for a long while and he smiled.

"All men can be saved Jacobi," he said. "With a little bit of faith in God. Now tell me, do you have faith. Have you ever been in a church before? I doubt you have. Trust God. There is absolutely nothing that he can not do, if and only if you trust in him."
