Arthur was seeing his new appearance in the reflection of the waters. He was admiring the silver hair and deep purple eyes that really made him look like a Targaryen loyalty. With the information provided by the Sphinx, he knew that only the Velaryon house has descendants that has silver hair. The bastards might have silver hair but they don't get the purple eyes. Even the Targaryens in time lost their pure silver hair. They now have gold-silver hair or pale gold hair. Some Targaryens have purple eyes but not that deep. While some targaryens have blue eyes. Arthur also had pale skin. With this Arthur knew that only the Velaryons or Targaryens will know of his high status while smallfolk will think that he is a bastard.

Thanks to the general knowledge that the Sphinx gave him, he knew about the map of westeros and essos not fully though. He stopped seeing himself from the Mander River and started making way to Roseroad. Roseroad is a highway which connects Kings Landing, Oldtown and Reach. Luckily, upon reaching the highway, arthur sees an wagon which belonged to a merchant as there were no sigils or any knights. There was only a flag that proved anyone that it was a merchant wagon.

The men who rode the wagon upon seeing Arthur thought that he was a bastard or someone who escaped Lys. Lys was a city in essos who had descendants who had similar traits. But Arthur's silver hair was a new to them. Those people knew that only House Velaryon had silver hair descendants. So they thought he was a bastard son but still they showed respect because they were nothing but merchants.

"Hello, brother. Why are you walking in the middle of this Roseroad. Do you even know how long this road is??"- one man asked Arthur peeking through the wagon's window.

"I know. I was on my way to King's Landing with my Friend's wagon. Sadly, it was besieged by bandits."- Arthur by seeing them created a story so they don't judge him.

"You can come with us. We are going to King's Landing to trade our stuffs."- Another one among the wagon spoke to Arthur . Hearing that, Arthur sat in the wagon and together they started their journey to King's Landing.

As Arthur looked like he was only 11, they didn't doubt him that much. Though they did ask where did he come from. In reply Arthur politely said he was from the reach and the people of highgarden took him for a vacation from Lys to highgarden because he was a noble of Lys. On the way, Arthur understood from them that it was 101 AC. He reminded himself that Rhaenyra was only 4 name-days old. He still had 3 more years or 4 depending if the timeline of the book and series. He in his mind thanked the sphinx because of all those information. Now, Arthur knew that in the book the Ascension Tourney was held in 104 AC and King Viserys's wife died in 105 AC giving birth to their child Baelon who died in the same year. But in the series, Viserys mixed the ascension tourney with his son's birth. He named the tourney 'Heir's Tourney'. In the middle of the tournament, Queen Arryn was in labor and died. Knowing this, even Arthur was unsure if the tourney would be held in 104 or 105 AC depending. As he knew that queen Aemma Arryn would die and then King Viserys would take Allicent Hightower, Rhaenyra's Friend as his 2nd wife. The marriage would create conflict between Rhaenyra and Allicent. Arthur wanted to prevent Queen Aemma's death to fulfill the condition of the Sphinx. He doesn't want to go back to the dark chamber for eternity again. Arthur made up his mind that if he could protect queen aemma and her daughter Rhaenyra, the war named 'Dance of The Dragon' would not happen. If the war didn't happen then the 17-18 dragon that died in the book of that goddamn writer would not die. They will live thanks to Arthur and Arthur would fulfill his promise to the Sphinx.

The wagon reached King's Landing after a long time. In the meantime, Arthur payed little attention to the merchants and rather planned his approach. He decided that he would join a blacksmith first and learn how to craft blade, how to fight using weapons so that he can participate in the tourney in 3 years later.

Although Arthur did have a physique, he needed battle experience and techniques which he would learn from Blacksmiths. So he started for searching an old blacksmith after thanking his companions. He wanted to find an old one because old people generally don't care about life and wants to teach young people. They want to pass their legacy.

Soon, he did find his preferable blacksmith.

"Old man, please let me learn from you. I come from Lys. I want to learn how to 'appreciate' blades and weapons . I want to create them. I want to learn how to fight."- Arthur suddenly told this to that old man just entering his shop.

"what is your name, boy? Why do you want to learn from me besides I have become old."-The old man questioned Arthur narrowing his eyes as if Arthur is a criminal.

"My name is Arthur, Arthur Valhalla. I come from Lys. On the way I just wanted to learn how to create weapons. Sadly my friend died trying to protect me. His last words were 'become a knight, Arthur. Protect people, save them from trouble.' To honor his sacrifice, I want to learn swordsmanship as well as smithing, old man. "- Arthur again lied about his friend.

"William. Name's william boy. For now, you can stay here. I would not question about your house or anything. But remember if you become lazy and waste time, I will kick your arse."- William, the old man glared at Arthur who in response just smirked at him.

'Now, I have 3 years to train myself.'- Arthur thought to himself before going to William's house where he would stay.
