King

Normally, getting stabbed with a knife would hurt. Blood would coagulate until the knife was taken away and then blood would gush down to the floor. You'll feel yourself getting weaker as the pain only increased. For me, it was always different; almost satisfying. I enjoyed feeling the cut between my muscles as the knife was pushed deeper in my chest. I rolled my eyes and let out a long gasp. Terrified by my reaction, my brother backed away and motioned for Dr. Grimsbane to do something.

"He's crazy.." He whispered.

"Good." Dr. Grimsbane nodded in satisfaction.

I looked down now, feeling guilty for my enjoyment.

"Get it ready." Dr. Grimsbane commanded.

Collem walked down to the door and left. A couple minutes later he arrived with a couple needles and thread rolls, and a saw.

"Perhaps you'd enjoy this." Dr. Grimsbane teased.

Humming in annoyance I refused to respond. Currently I was trying to get out of the chains around me so I could escape and kill all these people here, but my luck wasn't very good today.

Collem pulled up the saw just on top of my head and moved down a table to let it rest. Next, he put the sewing tools next to the saw.

"Well don't you need anesthesia?" I blurred out, if I wasn't able to escape the torture, I might as well enjoy it.

Collem shook his head as he pulled up my hair and tied my neck with another chain, his face seemed dizzy, almost surreal as if he was being controlled. He then grabbed the saw and placed it in front of my forehead; I bit my lips trying not to remind myself of the pain.

As he started cutting open my head, I screamed in pain, my body shook in ways that I had never known before, as my eyes were filled with the blood that ran down my forehead.

"All done." A distant voice spoke. As I caught myself in a dreadful sleep, I tried to open my eyes.

"You think it worked?"

"Don't question the queen's decisions. He's one of a kind, and she's inside of him, we know that. Now go on and make sure everything is ready for when he wakes up."

"Yes, sir."

Unable to move, I found myself gasping for air. I was positioned in some kind of membrane sac, it was jelly-like and there was barely any room to breathe. With as much force as I gathered, I cut through the tough membrane and found myself in a room. In front of me there was a man that greeted me in surprise.

"King, at last you arrive." He bowed down.

"Where am I?"

"Inside of Tetris still, my highness. Your palace, for now."

"I se-", I was interrupted by someone yelling at the other side of the door.

"I DON'T CARE, THIS BETTER WORK, HE CAN'T POSSIBLY REJECT THE BRAIN SURGERY.. I'M TIRED OF THIS, WE NEED A KING, NOW. HOW ARE WE EVER SUPPOSED TO TAKE OVER THE WORLD?!" As he opened the door, I recognized him as my brother, Dante. He was on the phone though as soon as he saw me he hung up.

"Oh, Mathias, you're awake." He stood a little perplexed.

"So everything is the same I see." I walked closer to my brother and gave him a hug. "From now on, you bow down, and refer to me as your highness," I whispered in a cold tone.

He hugged me back and backed away to bow down. "Finally, my highness. Our objectives are complete and we may start the revolution."

"Now of course, we will. I've been informed of every soldier available and of the areas we will cover. Take in we will be gathering people who wish to join us, and we must go by different names.

"Keres," I called out, referring to Dante. "I'm aware I've achieved special powers, so I've transferred you all the information you need to know. I'd like to speak with our brother, Collem, which we will refer to as Cerberus from now on."

"Yes, your majesty." He stood up and went to look for our brother while the other man remained down admiring me.

Looking down at him, I smirked. "Terrifyingly good, you are. One of our greatest scientists, you will be in charge of all our other subjects, Dr. Grimsbane, and you may keep your name. You'll stay inside the precinct, we all have our duties, go on, do as you are told."

"Yes, your majesty."

When everyone left I went to take a warm long shower. The tingling sensation of the water hitting my cold skin relaxed me, as I let my mind blend in with my surroundings. I had a lot to think of, a lot to do, and a lot of people to command, which is why from now on I'd have to cherish these relaxing moments. I know who I was before, in fact I remember everything, but there's a huge hatred towards my old self.

Deciding to change my look to something more authentic, I smiled at the chains that hung from the chairs. I grabbed some black pants with a white tee and a black jacket, while I attached the thick dog chains to my pants and my neck. Afterwards I added some eyeliner to my eyes and positioned my hair so my bangs covered parts of my face; with this my green eyes glowed with more power in the dark.

Lastly I wore a spiky bracelet and a pair of black boots. Once I was done, I left the room and made my way into the main corridor. There was a lot of shouting going around, though mostly in the main entrance, so I followed. There, in the grandiose and luxurious entrance, stood the soldiers we would send out first, there were 400 in total; perfect and normal looking mannequins holding all types of heavy weaponry, from axes to bazookas, they were armed from head to toes.

"Now, now." I smiled as I walked down the stairs, my voice echoing through the entrance as everyone turned around and stood in silence. A few seconds later, they all dropped their weapons and bowed down.

"You guys are the luckiest of all our army. Know why?" I teased.

"You get to start the revolution. So once you're out there my soldiers… Show them, the absurdity of our madness..And whoever resists.. You know what to do." I laughed madly in excitement.

"YES, YOUR MAJESTY!!".

They all flew down the streets.
