Team Fun

"Wow..." Jui exclaimed.

His eyes still sparkled as he looked upon Saka's house. He almost couldn't believe that he was invited to such an extravagant place a month earlier. Saka's home was made by Moon Hoon. It had large bay windows and grey puzzle piece levels which almost looked like a work of art. Jui could stare at the structure for hours, feeling the clothes he held in his hand slip: which awakened him from his daze.

Jui had spent all day making team uniforms. They were black and red, his and Saka's favorite colors, with "fun" in Japanese stamped on the front and back. Due to Jui's mother's Japanese heritage, he wanted to honor her for everything she had done for him.

Jui gathered himself as he rings the doorbell, shortly greeted by Saka.

"Oh, hey! You're a bit early."

Saka smirked at Jun, using a towel to dry his hair. He wore soccer shorts and a black t-shirt, which made Jui blush when he realized Saka had muscular arms. Jui didn't recall seeing Saka in a short sleeve shirt prior to today. To avoid the awkwardness, Jui quickly shoved Saka's uniform at him.

"I'm sorry, I was too excited to show you these. I hope you like it!"

Saka grabs the uniform from a frantic Jui and looks them over.

"Did you make these?"

"Yes…I stayed up all night working on them."

Saka raised an eyebrow at him. "Wow…you are full of surprises. At least now I know who can stitch up my messed-up jersey."

Jui awkwardly scratches the back of his head, "Sure, I'd be happy to help."

Saka smiled, pleased. "Well don't just stand there, come on in. Let's try them on!"

Jui follows Saka inside of his house, holding his uniform close to his chest. Jui enjoys seeing how neat and wide Saka's home was...dreaming of a day that maybe he and his mother could live the same way. Jui and his mother live in a small three-room apartment and if they were both in the hallway at the same time, they almost had to squeeze past one another.

"Up here!" Saka called.

Jui gasped, realizing that he had been in a daze and hurried up the stairs toward Saka. As he followed him down a never-ending hallway and to his room, he felt his heart thump faster. Saka opened the door to his room, with a large "Get Out" sign pinned to the front door. Saka's room was pretty empty and did not have a lot of clutter save a corner full of soccer equipment. However, most if not everything from his bed to his bookshelf seemed rather expensive. However, what always made Jui's eyes light up was the black custom-built gaming station with red neon lights. It was a reclining chair that had several screens that enveloped the player. Jui had the pleasure of playing Strike with it multiple times. Saka didn't even try to kick him out of it, and one day he ended up sleeping in the chair unknowingly. Every day they spent together was like a dream come true.

Saka started changing out of his current shirt to the clothes Jui had made him. Jui caught a glimpse of his chest and saw he had a six pack, only making Jui's cheeks heat up. He had never seen a guy's chest like that...as if he worked out a lot. But then again, Saka did mention he played soccer. Heck, he could've even been a model for all he knew.

Jui shook his head, suddenly feeling embarrassed. What was he thinking?! He and Saka were just friends...just two males in a room together getting ready for a tournament. However, that didn't stop Jui from stealing glances.

"You can play Strike if you want. We still have some time." Saka said, directing Jui's attention away from his thoughts.

Jui almost wanted to respond with a resounding yes but seeing Saka in the uniform he made took his response away from his lips.

"Uh..."

Saka laughed, realizing Jui's mind was elsewhere. "Well...I guess you can tell me how I look, then?"

Jui's face begins to turn red, he's even more embarrassed by Saka's comment.

"Great, you look great!" He shouts.

Saka can't help but laugh from that, still entertained by Jui. Saka unravels a green apple blow pop and places it into his mouth.

"I don't think it's fair, though. I mean, you make me put on my uniform, but are refraining from putting on yours."

Jui's eyes widen, only looking at Saka's smirking face. "Bathroom, where's the bathroom again?!"

"Change here, I'll leave." Saka chuckles as he leaves a bright red Jui.

Saka closes the door, waiting outside his room as he places his left foot on the wall and leans his head back.

"That kid...I don't know what to do with him." Saka beams.
