Special attention was paid to cleanliness. A dustbin was provided for each classroom and students were asked to throw the garbage in it only.

There was a separate staff room for all the teachers which had been separated on the basis of subjects like humanities, sciences, technicals and languages. The Office of the Principal and vice principal was just near the main door. The school building was surrounded by many trees. A very well-maintained garden with colorful flowers on both sides of the entrance made one happy and feel fresh.

Behind the school building, there was a big playground. Here they played many games, right from hide and seek to cricket. It had also got a big and spacious recreation hall where different kinds of intellectual and entertainment programs were held.

Soon the bell was sounded and everybody settled down in their respective classrooms. The school captain and the prefect on duty were required to stand outside the school's gate and write down the names of the latecomers. This was done to ensure high levels of discipline since the students who arrived late to school were punished.
