[This novel is currently being redone on my other fanfic, I, Seraph: The Way of Demons.] "Heed my call and awaken, O' Prince of Eternal Sin, and allow the world to bask in everlasting darkness again!" Once considered amongst the world's greatest evils, the Prince of Greed awakens with a system in his mind, and a multiverse to travel.

Happiness will always be followed by despair... but there will always be a light to the darkness waiting to drag you into even greater despair.

"Hmm, so it was you listening to our conversation," Announced a voice out of nowhere
Looking up I saw the cause of all my problems...
A handsome young man with long shiny black hair tied into a ponytail, and matching eyes
"Y-you what are you doing here?" I asked hostility
"I'm simply finding the creepy person who was listening to our conversation"
"Yeah the one where you were talking about how much of a disgusting person I am," I said angrily unable to hide the sadness within..... ;)
"Incorrect, I was simply stating what I believed from what I heard, and from what I remember it was Tsukune who was saying that stuff, and that's not all, I even defended you when I said that if I was him I would like you as well, so technically you can't blame me, for what happened," Said Seraph like he was stating facts
Even though Kurumu was angry at how nonchalantly he said that Kurumu couldn't help but reason with his words.
"Hmph, what do you want?" I asked with a little less hostility, surprising even me.
"I don't like judging people from what other people say because it can be filled with biased opinions blah blah blah, so I wanted to hear what happened straight from you, and hell I might even help you repair your relationship with Tsukune,"
What Seraph said slightly surprised me, which also made me excited and also made me drop my guard.
"So, will you tell me your side of the story," Asked Seraph looking down at me
"Sure"
Smiling Seraph sat down right next to me before looking at me curiously.
"Well???"
Hearing his annoyed remark made me sigh in disappointment...
What a waste of a handsome face.
"Well, you should know that the succubi are close to extinction considering what you said, and while you did doubt that fact, you're not being unreasonable in your way of thinking, what you probably didn't know is that succubi need to be loved or else they will die a slow and painful death"
Slightly confused by my statement Seraph looked at me skeptically before asking another question.
"So you needed to attack two people, along with an attempt to enslave me because of that reason?... and aren't, you loved by your parents so wouldn't that stop the curse?" Asked Seraph moving his face closer to mine
"I AM!... i-it's just that kinda love doesn't count"
"Oh, well tell me why did you have to kill Moka just for taking away a single boy?"
"Hey. she was taking away the love I was getting from the guys, and to be fair Tsukune is my 'Fated One' so I believe that I'm justified either way" Announced Kurumu pridefully.
"Hahahaha, Tsukune... Your fated one, Pfft hahaha"
"Hey what's so funny!" Said Kurumu angerly
"I-its just, so hilarious t-that you think he's your fated one pfft Hahahaha," Said Seraph wiping tears away from his eyes
Looking at his mocking face, anger filled my entire being.
"Hmph, you're just angry that I've found my fated one," Said Kurumu angerly
"Yeah Yeah, anyway what made you come to that realization...?"
"Hmph, it was when Tsukune saved me from that silver-haired Moka"
"W-wait don't tell me that you actually believe that...? you do realize why he did that don't you?" Said Seraph gravely
"Oh, and why did he do that?" asked Kurumu arrogantly
"Well as much as it hurts to burst your bubble it must be done, the only reason he did that was that he didn't want the pink-haired Moka to feel guilty for beating the shit out of you..." Said Seraph sadly
"Huh...? You're lying right, what makes you think that" Asked Kurumu somewhat desperately.
"I-i am!"
Breathing a sigh of relief Kurumu glared at Seraph.
"Hey, to be honest, you should have higher standards In men, thinking a guy was someone as important as your fated one just because he saved you once is kinda... depressing especially considering it Tsukune "
'Wait! I know this cliché!' Thought Kurumu while thinking of the romance novels she used to read.
'It is when one of the love interests gets jealous of the main love interest and tries to interrupt their ongoing romance by saying the that the main love interest isn't right for her and her reason for liking him was completely wrong'
'I'm just going to have to let him down easy. though...' With a growing smile, Kurumu looked at Seraph teasingly.
Moving her face dangerously close to Seraph's while getting on her hands and knees showing off her cleavage, Kurumu waited. Expecting the chance to take revenge for the earlier teasing and she knew it would work considering she felt confident in her charms... however, nothing happened as she expected.
Looking at the blue-haired succubus' attempts, Seraph looked as if he felt nothing, just waiting in silence.
There was no blushing!
No awkward distancing!
Hell! He didn't even break eye contact!
But Kurumu wasn't so easy to back down and stayed still... until it was straight-up awkward.

After a minute passed Seraph felt as if he had to say something.
"Uhm, are you trying to make moves on me or something?"
"Yes, I am!" blurted out Kurumu.
Realizing her mistakes "N-no I was just trying to get your reaction" Kurumu tried to explain.
Slightly tilting his head "My Reaction?" Asked Seraph.
"Yeah, N-no I was just trying to tease you!" Confessed Kurumu accidentally.
Realizing her mistake, Again. Kurumu quickly tried to explain. "I-i was just trying to get revenge for you teasing me earlier an-and I thought this would work"
Smirking at the confession "Oh really, if you were trying to tease me you should have done this!"
Quickly pulling Kurumu towards himself, Seraph let himself be pushed to the ground.
Leaving Kurumu almost on top of Seraph, only being stopped by her hands holding her from the ground.
Kurumu quickly realized that she was messing with the wrong type of cliché love interest.
He wasn't the kind of character who acted tough while being easily teased... No, he was more like the flirty cliché, no not even that...
He was more like the flirty villain!
Sorry, I thought I uploaded this a while ago, but I didn't even finish it! thus being the reason there may be gaps in the chapter.
