This door resembled the one he passed through upon entering the place, except the previous door slid to the sides, while the current metal door was designed to slide up and down.

Once inside, Song Jian discovered that the room beyond was a fully equipped research laboratory, roughly the size of two or three soccer fields. On either side of the room, there was a row of life-sustaining capsules filled with a pale green solution, each over two meters tall. Within these capsules lay various bizarre biological organs and tissues, all of which appeared markedly different from those of ordinary creatures.
