Seth also met Shichibukai Bartolomeo Bear but it was short battle because Bear knew he can't defeat Seth at all. His abilities was nullify.. All Viking Pirates has granted sea stone abilities combination with armament haki all devil fruit user are invalid no matter what. Bartolomeo Bear barely escape from death. However his abilities was copy by Seth during short battle. Seth know about Bartolomeo Bear identity as Revolutionary army so later on he became a brainless machine by Dr Vegapunk. Seth just make sure he released water without his identity was discovered by Marine & World Government.
