Chapter 17

As we reached the place that we should be able to see the walls from but there weren't anything here or there just a sight of the forest far away within a small way through it that should be supposed to be the walls that prevent the demons from attacking the humans or you can say that it's the only wall that preventing the humans from being devoured as I saw Hazem shaking I hit his back {let's die with dignity} he got angry {if I die I will go after your soul you hear me} he got calmer (well you will really die here if you aren't careful around here since there is an ambush is waiting for us) and as I said that an arrow flew toward me I got my sword and cut it {we are under attack get into formation} as the captain shouted that all the others got into their places with arrows charging at us from the front (it's to kill or be killed around here it's the same to me too if I'm too weak I will die before my big performance even start) as I was keeping on cutting arrows away {won't we start going against them as well} a barrier appeared in front of our troops as the shields stopped reaching us I saw many people dead around us as I was about to be effected but then I activated my skill and I returned to the normal me (I can't back down now) with the healers healing as fast as they can it's a rare job even within the humans (now I'm thankful that I was able to find someone like Raphael) and we started to march around all the dead bodies as we stepped on them I caught one of the deceased swords and looked in front of me where I saw them the crow tripe and the dark elves with the tiger clan all the three of them looking at us with bloodshot eyes and my clone standing there while shaking his legs Michael (I doubt I would be able to see that clearly but I can see very far away I want to know how does that work) as I was thinking to myself our magicians started firing their spells at them but they were stopped by a giant appearing and stopping them all using her hands as she cut all the spells within one swing of her arm {a-a giant is helping the demons be careful of flying stones} and we continued to march forward as a magic spells came toward us with different forms some using the typical ball form another ones using the spear ones and there were one that surprised me as it took the shape of a donkey and they all flew toward us as the magicians tried to stop as much as they could but some of them were able to go through their attacks one of them is the donkey shape spell as the other spells destroyed our barrier the donkey shape spell was the first one to hit us and even though it's shape is ridicules it's power wasn't that to scoff at since it blew away more than a dozen of troops moving around it as many more spells came toward us the healers tried to both heal and making another barrier but whenever they were about to end the barrier another valley of magic come flying at us as the captain snapped {ah damn it I will go toward the frontlines if we will die just like that I prefer killing at least one demon} and then he charged forward but as he went out of the formation an arrow came toward him he was shot at his leg (hah I shouldn't told them to destroy their spirit like that) I got enough of it as I went outside of the ranks and stood still all alone an arrow came toward me but I didn't retreat but charged forward {come get me} as many more arrows came flying toward me as I created a shield toward me protecting my whole body from it {hey Hazem get the others I will lead} he heard that and he charged with the others standing behind him they slowed down before charging us our whole group of newbie charging right toward the enemy's stronghold with a small number of ten people (some people would think it's insane but I kind of thinking amazing right now) as we reached close enough all the magic and arrows stopped from flying toward us as I stood still looking at the person standing at a sword looking down at us {so you are here after all} I looked at him from what I told them yesterday they should know better not to get into this fight right now and they already know my look from the shield I just made (but weren't they too focused on killing me right now) I looked at the fake Michael and started my acting {I told you I will be the one who end you} with a sword at hand I charged at him all the others went with me but Hazem stood at his place {hmm so you made another patch of idiots heh I will deal with them first then} as he said that he swung his hand and swords appeared above their heads as they tried to cut their necks but then I sent my small shards to stop them as the swords flew away and the shards went toward Raphael as he stood at the sword a shield appeared in front of him protecting his body from my shards {you got a good weapon there} {well you didn't see anything until now} with a smirk at his face Raphael while still holding my illusion around him went down from the sword {then let's settle our battle from the last time you ran away} I got the shards back toward the small sword {but before that I sent you flying so it's the final match here} he nodded to me {yes and I will be victorious} as ten swords appeared from behind him as they all shot toward me and a batch of crows appeared and got the humans behind me into fighting as Hazem wasn't looking at thin air anymore and started to defend against the enemies that appeared in front of him {let's dance} as I charged at the swords that are flying toward me I stopped four of them with the shards flying and blocking the remaining six with them moving around my body I waved my hand {sword storm} all the shards went into a small storm charging toward him he made a shield and blocked all of them as I jumped in front of the shield as I punched it {super strength} the shield broke and he was sent back few steps away {hmm not bad but it's not enough to get me away now} as he got a sword at hand and charged at me the two of us met our swords while my shards and his swords are colluding around us with all the soldiers being amazed by our performance {is it time now} as Raphael asked I nodded {yeah let's change} as I nodded the swords went back thanks to my shards and I slashed his leg forcing him to jump back I went after him punching him at his shoulder sending him away the others all got their spirit up as they continued charging {I need some of them to remain alive to get the rumor going so don't kill all of them} as I charged toward the humans I said that toward the thin air but knowing the dark elves around mean that there are some assassin from the organization still within the shadows as a shadow moved a bit as it went from one tree to the other (she is weaker than Lydia I couldn't feel her presence at all) but as she went on and said that the magic and arrows got fewer at the air and at that moment all the humans started to charge as well I went within the forest standing still as Raphael came still the illusion around him with him holding his hand {you always hit hard you know I broke my hand} as Uriel was with him standing still {it's your time now remember to win against me in front of the others but make it close enough that our strength aren't that far away from each other} he nodded as Raphael got his own look back and Uriel got my look as he looked around him then nodded {it's time now let's continue our play} as we moved at the end of the woods I looked at Uriel {okay then punch me} he nodded and punched me I was sent flying out of the forest I hit the ground few times before standing still I looked at him as he moved outside of the forest {not bad} I removed the blood coming from my mouth and charged at him once again he created a sword as he got it at his hand he charged at me once again and we met out swords once again a sword came toward me so I jumped back another one came I blocked it as he swung his sword toward me one of the shards came and blocked this one as I tried to slash him he bent down and kicked me away from him as we were far away from each other {you improved} I licked my lips {yes and it's in more than one way} as I got the sword at my back the magical sword that I created yesterday I tried and got it that magical swords remain way longer than ordinary swords they remain for a whole week so two days before our match I mad two of them one at my hand and the other one was in front of me right now as he got it {we can end it quickly so let's do that} as he nodded to me as the two of us charged forward while swinging our hands a two horizontal slashes of light came and blocked each other as we met out blades and the second one was created very closely sending the two of us away as I sent another one while flying toward him he dodged it though I got to the ground slashing the final one before my sword turned into dust he swung his sword and another slash appeared blocking it as he swung his sword I was running toward it right now as it was just ten meters away from me I created a sword beneath my legs and made it like I jumped very high as the slash was dodged by that move and I going down with a fist formed at my right hand Uriel stood still at that time as I was about to hit him he went to the side and tried to kick me I got it with my hand and hit him at the ground but then a dagger was in front of my eyes I barely dodged it but was cut by it as I jumped back twenty swords was formed around him {you have lost} as he said that he sent the whole twenty of them toward me I looked at them and made a shield to protect my own body but then it was destroyed and seven swords remained very closely to me I blocked the ones that were aiming at my heart and head but the other five went through my body as I was sent away with blood gushing out of my body {I might have overdid it} as I stood with the blood coming out Uriel almost came toward me but as he saw me running back he looked at the other humans who remained he shouted {all troops leave the rest to tell the tale of their losing against us without us even losing a single soldier} as he said that all the remaining arrows and magic hit the humans but nothing more came from them as I looked at them (they were such a big group at least at the thousands but now there aren't more than less than five hundred personnel standing still) and we all retreated back looking back at the forest with shouting coming from their way with the captain's body at the ground and all the other recruits that came with me I moved on I didn't saw Hazem anywhere {seems like he died} as I sighed {I liked that guy} but then I saw him Hazem moving his body to keep up with us and a dark elf going to him as he was about to slash through his body I sent a sword killing that elf as I ran and caught him as I used a shield to hold him and the two of us ran away (that wasn't being counted but it's good that he didn't die there) as the two of us moved away from the battlefield but then I fell down as well from all the blood lose it's not surprising that I die right at this moment but then I saw some light coming from the sky and a person with dark hair appeared in front of me as he got me at his back and ran away from the battlefield I then blanked down
