The glacier lay behind us, its shattered expanse glistening under the pale light of a distant sun. The battle with the Frost Titan had left scars on the land—and on us. Every step forward was heavy, each breath labored against the cold air that clawed at our lungs. 

The Heartseed hung at my chest, its glow faint but resolute. Though its warmth fought against the freezing air, an unshakable chill still crept into my bones. This wasteland, I realized, was not merely cold; it was alive with a force older and darker than anything we'd yet faced. 

"Do you feel it?" Silvermane's voice broke the silence. She stood ahead, one hand resting on the flank of her largest wolf. The animal growled low, its hackles raised as it stared into the distance. 

"I feel it," Ember replied, her flames flickering weakly. "It's like the ice is watching us. Creepy as hell."
